My visit could've definitely been better. The room just wasnt up to a suitable expectation. From the cleanness and smell, down to the torn and worn furniture as well as the leaking sink handle. This establishment could definitely use some improvements and maybe a refresh on how to properly clean a room. Front desk staff were all very nice and professional. So that was a plus.

Restaurant was a nightmare. Waited almost 2 hours for a few appetizers which did not come. Staff was overwhelmed and there were 2 people standing at reception desk not doing anything to help out.

Super helpful staff, helped with a computer glitch to help us check in fast. They also gave us the name of a great secret restaurant, and put our room on the stadium side of the hotel so we could see the fireworks!! Thanks for making our few hours in your beautiful city more memorable!!

The front desk receptionist made everyone feel like they were returning home opposed to checking into a hotel. Angela, the bartender/ late night restaurant/ room service worker wore all the hats with ease. This was my second visit and as a JWU parent, there’ll be more!!

Expected more. I this Hilton property is overrated and pretty packaged to say the least. It’s 20 to park daily, which I’m not opposed to, if you have valet parking. Speaking of parking, the park garage was so far from the hotel. There is a good walk from the parking deck to the actual hotel, which I did not like because not only is it an inconvenience, but it’s a safety thing for me. Although, the property seemed clean, the room made me sick. There was a stuffy, old, dewy smell in the room that bothered my sinus and made me sick. I don’t want to sound whining, but There was no complimentary breakfast, and no late checkout. These are things that are important to me while paying these particular prices. And the finale, the beds were so uncomfortable lol. I didn’t get any sleep because I couldn’t get comfortable. The beds were box hard and so were the pillows. I literally got no sleep all night. When I finally did force my self to fall asleep, it was check out time. I won’t stay there again

Would not recommend staying here. My first night the sink drain and shower drain were both stopped up. They switched my room and the 2nd room had ants in the bed and on the nightstands. The worker at the front desk lied and told me that I will get a full refund for the room but all they gave me back was 50$. I had to leave that same night and drive 4 hours home when my stay was supposed to be 2 nights.

I had booked a room with one king size bed for two people. When i got there, Jesica (the front desk lady) asked me if i wanted one or two keys. I said two. She gave me an envelope with only one. Then after i went back to get the second key we went up to the room and this is the first time i discover the room has two double beds and no king bed (instead of being told about this upon check in). When i went back down to discuss this with Jesica, she was dismissive and not apologetic (instead of saying sorry or offering a perk or discount she defensively kept saying it’s because i booked “through a third party” and that they didn’t actually have any king bed rooms at the time of my booking and that i should’ve done it through them directly instead as if this was my fault). That lady’s attitude made the experience even worse and then to top it off the smoke alarm in the room kept periodically doing a loud beep throughout the entire night. One of the worst experiences I’ve had booking a hotel through *******.

There was a $50 charge when I checked in when I already paid for the room. Then my receipt said it was $20 for parking then it was $40 when I left the parking lot. I checked in at 4:00 and stayed one night. It should only be $20 for parking
