新月廣場(Crescent Place)

We booked this accommodation last minute when our travels plans changed unexpectedly. Booking direct was effortless, we had a slight issue with our access codes to the property, but after a quick call to the on call manger this was rectified in seconds. The room was tastefully decorated, very clean & had a lovely selection of luxury teas & coffee. The fridge was a nice touch along with the use of some crockery & plates if self catering. The bathroom was spotlessly clean & modern. The bed was super comfy too! With the added bonus of free parking & great location we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again.

Very comfortable hotel. Located right in the centre of Cheltenham. Plenty of places to eat right nearby. Huge plus for us was that they have their own free car park nearby. Also very close to the excellent buses - we used them to get to Gloucester and Tewkesbury for day trips. Room was very comfortable - bed, pillows, bathroom. Provided Nespresso coffee machine and fridge, also a welcome bag of drink and snacks. It is unusual in that there is no member of staff on site, but it wasn't a problem since Alayna was really helpful, prompt and easy to contact if any questions.

Room bright, modern and very well kitted out! Location is fantastic if you want to leave the car for the weekend and explore Cheltenham on foot. Check in really well organised and Alayna was incredibly helpful with arranging the car parking. A great place to stay and we cant wait to come back!

Really nice hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. Right next to the coach stop, which was super handy. Checked in easily online. Lovely room. Was nice to be in amongst all the regency architecture. Would definitely recommend staying here and will return the next time I am in Cheltenham.

Perfect location (including parking next to accommodation) in the centre of Cheltenham. Accommodation was very classy clean and super quality. Communication and help from Alayna was outstanding. Highly recommend this accommodation

This stay was made easy for us by the information provided prior to our stay. The room and services at crescent place classy decor and feel made this an excellent stay, the room very clean and tidy. They had thought of everything that made the stay so pleasurable. Excellent location and the off road parking made it so easy.

Everything was outstanding! From the cleanliness, to the modern tech; location & the included the parking - this place was just such a joy to stay at. They kindly gave us a complimentary upgrade as we were on our anniversary! We will be returning!

Absolutely loved it here. Modern, clean, comfy bed. Check in online was easy to follow, as was access to the property and room. Thought value for money was excellent too. We stayed in 5 Timbercombe, the window was magnificent..... We will be back. Thank

Lovely place to stay and is my second time. Comfortable bed and pillows and a good shower. Parking and central location makes it very easy to stay and walk around once there. There are some nice touches as well and the fridge is handy as well as the coffee machine. There are plates etc as well, if you decide to get a takeaway.
