Enjoyed our stay. Hotel and room was very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Pool is very clean and easy access to bar. We had a superior sea room view. The view was amazing and I would definitely recommend this type of room. We also got upgraded to a junior suite for free when we arrived. Overall a wonderful time in Tenerife.

房間裏的燈光很少,但是,就像是一晚,它很好,游泳池很棒,早餐多樣。我們可以利用這一天,因爲我們可以在檢查後呆在設施裏,甚至把行李放到我們身邊。他們非常好。

Don't get me wrong back in the day this would have been classed as a four star hotel however, it is very dated in the rooms needs updated ... No coffee tea facilities in your room you have to hire kettle, utensils crockery which is ridiculous in this day in age... The hotel is cleaned well and the majority of staff were absolutely lovely... Breakfast is what you would expect for all inclusive however, a bit more imagination is required for lunch and evening meal it was pretty much the same... Maybe different themes on different nights would be an idea. The coffee machines in bar area were locked early in morning 🌅 so for anyone looking for a coffee fix had to wait until breakfast... Entertainment area could be better as not a big space ... If you are looking for a walk go down the back of the hotel you can walk safely to down to the town as you are a bit isolated at top of hill this will approximately take around 30mins, much safer than the opposite side. There is a shuttle bus that runs to and from the hotel at certain times of the day. The views are amazing though

When you go back to a hotel, you never expect it to be as good as the first time, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel was as welcoming this time also. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff that make your stay a pleasure and who seem genuinely interested in ensuring that you have a wonderful holiday. A huge thank you to Jonas, Ana in the El Lagar, Pablo just to mention a few more names that I haven’t mentioned in my previous review and I can only apologise to the other staff who deserve to be mentioned by name also. A special mention to Miranda and Augustino always who take time to ensure that guests are enjoying their stay. The food and drinks are good with a variety of options in the buffet as well as the El Lagar for Ala Carte dining if you want something a bit different. We would recommend the Privilege upgrade if you enjoy more choice for both food and drinks but this is not essential for a good experience. They are doing some refurbishment works to improve the hotel but this did not negatively affect our stay. We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms and the room was of an excellent standard. All in all this was another great stay. Thank you to the entire team at the H10 Tenerife Playa that made this possible.

Overall a decent hotel. Good for a trip that is for a week or less. The hotel is clean and has lovely staff. Round by the pool it’s nice we came last week of august and the pool is not super busy at all. We were able to get a sunbed everyday without having to reserve one (as it’s not aloud). There is a lovely lifeguard called Tina who will help you when needed and helps keep round the pool nice and tidy. The bar staff are good and recommend food from the bar at lunch as it’s very nice. There are also lots of chair in lobby/ bar area to be able to sit and have a drink. And some chair outside as well to be able to sit on. The room are clean. With cleaners that come in every morning which is a bonus. Bedroom are good size with comfy beds, the pillows are very long but are still comfy. Rooms come with a Tv, large wardrobe and safe which can pay about €15 for the week for. A desk area with draws and a mirror. Bathroom was clean overall with a few minor flaws. Shower pressure is not brilliant but is good enough. There is also a bath. The balcony is nice we had a good sea view. There is a football pitch/ training ground near by but not too noisy and all noise stopped by 9:30ish. The food at breakfast was nice with plenty options. E.g fruit, cooked breakfast, omelette, pastries. Dinner also had some good options only flaw is restaurant is basement with some windows towards top so there is some light but it’s tidy and clean down there. Location is brilliant with plenty of restaurants near by. If you walk left out hotel there is the town is large but can walk to other end in about 35 mins. There also some good shops as well. If you walk til you get to a mcdonald's then go right up a hill theres a small shopping centre with some good shops. If you go right out the hotel til end of road and then left there is a market which is good i believe it’s on a Sunday. You can walk along beach with is about 5 mins away nice views but can sadly not go in the water due it being polluted but is still lovely to walk along. If you want to go in the sea there is places in the town or a beach about 25. minute walk away I believe. Hotels about 20 mins walk from monkey parks and a small town. Would highly recommend the area and had a nice stay in the hotel. With the staff making the stay very nice.

位置：到哪裡還是比較方便的，當時還覺得説沒有靠海有點遺憾，但是其實也沒有必要， 設施： 應該算是還可以的，在這個地方，雖然沒有大的度假酒店那麼多和大，畢竟也是LHW member 應該不差 環境：畢竟時間久了點，但是好在整潔乾淨，沒有那麼新 服務：主要勝在服務，特別好，Spa 也還行吧，就是汗蒸和常温泳池🏊。 在google的評分也比其他的高，但是沒有我想象的大，房間也是標準的，價格就有點顯得高了

Hotel is certainly not a 4 star as advertised, it is in need of a overhaul a total renovation, shower is like a caravan shower with the shower tray filling with water and not emptying, bad smell of sewage in bathroom Breakfast very basic and limited only went for one morning,. Air con was very noisy and not that cold, and my room was hotter than outside and that was after having the air con on for 3 hours Staff are friendly but think they have to be to compensate for lack of services. I went to bar and asked for a cup/mug for coffee and used my manners to be met with rude staff member who tried to make me say please again Beds comfortable but pillows are terrible, no holiday makers stayed at hotel during day and at most saw three couples around the pool, I complained and got flight home early, turnt up Wednesday 23rd October 10pm and was booked back on flight home on 26th ...... Very depressing and if I was going to travel to Puerto de la Cruz steer well clear of hotel

Highly recommend, this hotel is very clean.. breakfast was included and the pool ontop of the roof was pretty small but I used the public pool, the reception staff helped me whenever and gave me directions and information, it's very central and I would stay again. I have no complaints what so ever... only thing I can suggest is having air con which the fan wasn't the best but still didn't effect my stay. Very lovely hotel with lovely friendly staff. Went solo and room was really small but I didn't mind

酒店體面,陳舊,但不是四星級的體驗。位置很好,食物很愉快。但是,房間清潔度需要改進,浴室將受益於裝修,因爲它們陳舊但仍然舒適。電梯不便,只有一個通常運行,需要客人的耐心。通常感覺酒店工作人員可能控制他們。此外,男性前台接待人員可能會更友善,因爲他們有時會遇到不友好或粗魯。
