DDavidTackettTravel+Very clean rooms, safe area both go along way. -Staff was less than friendly on checking in, everyone has a bad day so I’m ok with that. -However she was very adamant about us not having a party in the room, we signed a paper stating we would follow this rule (a middle aged man in a suit doesn’t give party animal vibes). You would figure with this and signs in the hall about keeping noise to a minimum it would be enforced… kids running the halls screaming and nothing was done. - A $100 hold was placed on my card for incidentals over a week ago and still has not been returned. I have traveled for work the past 3 years staying in hotels across the United States and have never seen a rate this high for this long. It doesn’t affect me but it could impact families traveling who are living on a budget.
訪訪客Horrible experience in every way. First they sent us to a demolished room awaiting a complete reworking. Then we got our second room that was half cleaned. The bathroom looked like a toothpaste cocaine party. The cleaning staff was clearly not available and the hotel management was trying to handle it--and failed miserably. Our second room was nasty as the bathroom was untouched since the last guest. Each correction came with a humiliating dissertation from the desk clerk. We were placed by the rudest guests on the planet. Slamming doors until 2:00 am each night. I wasn't about to ask for anything further because of the huge fail at check in. The breakfast was typically horrible and the mystery meat sausage was difficult to eat. Watered down orange juice and fluffy egg-like protein made the breakfast a miserable event. For the price charged, this Fairfield Hotel was a total waste of my money and a spoiled stain on the Tripadvisor award of 2022! Avoid this hotel at all cost.
JJupiterThis hotel is big one side is super 8 and the other side is the Baymont it's all connected into one big building so it's like a big maze that you have to walk through to get to your rooms or take the elevator I like that there are several different entrants and exits in this building so if you're not parked directly on one side and have to park say in the back you're able to go right out the back check in and check out process was fairly simple very polite for the couple of front desk people that we had dealt with the beds we're big and fairly comfortable so no complaints really in that aspect I like the extra space in our rooms and I really like the cabinetry so you can definitely put your luggage away or if you want to put your clothes in the drawers or closet so that way you don't have your stuff on your way it definitely gives you that option to do so. Each time I've stayed here our rooms came equipped with a mini fridge and microwave and a coffee maker even though we didn't use the coffee maker so I can't really give you a good review on that aspect only as per the fact that there was one located and ours had its own little coffee station type nook in the wall which was cute bathroom was spacious I don't believe the hair dryer worked in one of our rooms or was maybe not even there I'm not sure I can't remember the hotel was fairly clean for the most part I didn't have any issues with any of my rooms didn't see any noticeable damage all in all I'd say this hotel is definitely an 8 out of 10 didn't have a pool and if it did it was definitely not in order I don't think the workout room or anything like that was working either if they did have one so I was just a basic stay sleep and do what you got to do you are in a cul-de-sac so to speak almost like an industrial cul-de-sac but it's a hotel called a sex so you're right off the highway which is a plus and convenient down that called a sac road there are a couple restaurants or eateries nearby so even in walking distance however if you wanted something other than the handful of options that were down in the hotel cul-de-sac you could drive and wouldn't take you more than maybe 7:00 to 12 minutes tops to get to the closest Royal area to be able to go to any gas stations convenience stores or any other eateries so location was definitely a plus for this Hotel! I would recommend this hotel to anybody traveling maybe for business or just need a quick stay they don't have continental breakfast I believe what it's called as a complimentary breakfast where you just get two little choices of juice that tasted a little odd to me or watered down out of a machine I think they gave you like a banana and an orange or something in a fruit basket to choose from a bagel maybe some bread to toast or something or a pastry of some sort and there was two options of cereal I believe so nothing fancy nothing great breakfast really wasn't that fantastic I would recommend that the Baymont and the super 8 since they are joined together should really think about upgrading their breakfast to something a little bit better like the waffle maker you know maybe something hot I better selections and I could turn my review into at least a 9 out of 10 if not a 10 out of 10 because honestly having that breakfast makes the hotel sometimes and being a conjoined Hotel there should be no reason why they can't afford to throw in since they both share the same lobby slash diner area!
Plenty of fun for everyone. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The refinements of the rooms are sufficient by modern standards. This is a particularly great place to have a reunion or fellowship convention.
MMarilyn ARight off the highway. This is an old ”Holi-Dome” style hotel. The rooms are updated some but not current. Cleanliness is adequate. I think they are working to update but it isn't under current reno. The 1st night our ”neighbors” had a little one who was loud. The 2nd night there had been an event and one of the guests went down the hall checking doors at 1:30 a.m. The bed was comfortable and the pillows had various levels so easy to find one that worked for us. The pool was open but not the hot tub. No workout room.
Clean, comfortable, convenient value. I was traveling and wanted an affordable overnight stay. Had a good sleep here, and enjoyed a quick breakfast (eggs, sausage, coffee and toast) at 6 am before hitting the road again. Would stay again.
