奧蘭多西 - 克萊蒙特伍德斯普林套房(WoodSpring Suites Orlando West - Clermont)

I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is to much to write. I will put, what fits. My room was not clean the tub had a big black stain and roaches. You have to pay for the use of pots, plates and flatware. Other people who stay here its there home. They don't clean every day . Its when u leave. They charged me for a day they shouldn't of. I can go on. What is the use. Don't go by the price u find on other websites for this place. You may find it cheap but not worth staying here.

Refrigerator didn't work, table not set up, cockroaches in room, room was dirty. Key reader on entry door didn't work so door was propped open on first floor 24/7. Outside surrounding property is filthy with rubbish. Homeless people reside at this "resort". The laundry facilities are broken and coin operated. It's a tiny space and disgusting. It's really not worth the price they charge for the Room

I didn’t read the reviews until after I checked in….they are correct. The hotel is sketchy and the rooms smell horrible….I did not feel safe so we checked out early. The front desk manager was very helpful though.

The beds were like rollaway beds and very uncomfortable. My body was in pain the entire 9 days. The pillows were flatter than a pancake

Clean and quiet with very professional and cordial staff. I had a problem with the fridge. It was addressed immediately. My only issue was in my 3 week stay, no one inquired about whether or not my room required cleaning. I thought that was odd.

The staff was courteous and attentive. I will stay there again. Room was clean and the kitchenette was excellent.

The room was clean but it was bare. Only two bath towels, two face cloths no hand towels, no grab bars in the tub, The water control in the kitchen area was the opposite of how they should be. No complementary shampoo, which of course I was going to use this time. The sink in the bathroom was too small to put anything on. We did appreciate the comfort of the beds,the quietness of the air conditioner the height of the toilet.

The refrigerator did not work. A few things were poorly “fixed” from before. The floor was sticky. NOOO amenities for a one night stay. Not mentioned-no coffee pot, extra pillows, extra towels, NO shampoo… etc. workers extremely friendly. Probably a good hotel for extended stay!
