Holiday Inn Express 克利夫蘭機場 - 布魯克公園(Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Airport - Brook Park)

It was a pleasant stay . Nice breakfast buffet. Really wanted park and fly, but no shuttle before 8am.

Von außen war das Hotel wie alle amerikanischen Hotelbunker. Der Haupteingang war wegen einer Baustelle gesperrt. Man konnte das Hotel nur über einen schlecht zugänglichen Hintereingang betreten. Am liebsten wäre ich weitergefahren, aber naja… von innen war das Hotel in einem angenehm renovierten Zustand. Das Zimmer war sich überraschend sauber im Gegensatz zum Angestellten Personal. Ich konnte dort kein Frühstück zu mir nehmen. Nach einem Kaffee to go hatte ich genug. All in all war es gut, dass es nur eine Nacht war. Der Preis war auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt.

The hotel was just average. Definitely needed some updating but looks like they were in the process of doing that. The staff was great and the breakfast was pretty decent. The hotel served its purpose and only issue we had was the first room they gave us, the key card reader on the door did not work so we had to get a different room.

It was fine I checked in at 1am. I was very tired as I flew in from Italy and rental car company was not open so I stayed here until I could pick up the rental car the next morning. Eveythibg was fine. I loved the Keaurig with green mountain coffee! Really appreciate this and the Bfast. A few things to note; 1. Hot water in shower was not that hot and I was too tired at 1am to even say anything. I just ****** it up and took a Luke warm shower. Tub had some dust and particles in it and I had to wash it out before I showered. 2. Having a fluffy extra blanket would be a nice extra touch. I loved the shuttle back to airport that was super helpful and the lady driver was just so fabulous! Over all I’d give my stay a 9 out of 10. I’d stay again too. It’s so close and decent hotel.

The hotel as a whole was very outdated. The original room given to us was filthy and has never been cleaned from the last visit. The new room was a bit better. We paid for a more premium suite but did not get it, which is very disappointing, especially because I paid more money for it. The beds were very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel. I’d recommend doing more research on better hotels in the area.

I was generally very happy with the hotel. From the outside I wasn't sure, but the lobby was very nicely decorated for the holidays--clearly it was a point of pride--and for the most part the rest of the hotel was nice. Little things may be a little off (our bathroom door was looking a little rough, all the lighting was very fluorescent looking), but I was impressed by the cleanliness, breakfast was good (our timing off for some of the hot stuff but had we come a few minutes later it would have been replenished--we just weren't sure initially because we came around 9am, but the selection otherwise was awesome), and overall they were very nice. Also very easy access to the highway! I would definitely recommend it.

The room was clean, breakfast was yummy and easy to access. However we will not go back to any hotels from this chain. We paid online, we got to the hotel to find out we also had to pay an extra $200 for “incidentals.” We asked when the $200 would be released and we were told immediately after we checked out. We called the following day, as the money was still being held and were told it would be released within 5-7 business days. $200 may not be much to everyone, but it is to our family. We wish this would have been in bold print before we booked, as it is a hassle and we absolutely could have had a clean room elsewhere without an unnecessary $200 charge.

Hotel is old and dated. Outside it looks new but inside the rooms it’s not . No smell and it’s clean but for the price stay somewhere else

Sandy, Precious, and Nil were great. They took care of me and were very friendly in the process. Enjoyed my stay. The rooms were nicely laid out, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
