Das absolut ohne Menschen Interfacing Koncept hat so seine Tücke, ist aber wenn man es durchschaut ganz interessant. Allerdings ist die Menschleere schon auch ein wenig gruselig. Der Eingang war wirklich nicht leicht zu erkennen. Eine Tür wie zu einer Garage mit einem Schild "Koncept Hotel" - absolut nicht einladend!!! Das war abschreckend! Trotzdem - Ich komme wieder

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Der Automat ließt nicht alles vom Personalausweis aus und es dauert dann einfach nur lange. Vorallem wenn mehrere Leute einchecken wollen. Zimmer war aber an sich sauber. Die nächste Haltestelle war auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen, nur der Check In Automat ist Verbesserungs würdig.

Easy and seamless check in. Quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kiosk in hotel offering cold drinks which was very convenient. Rooftop terraces and an indoor lounge area which were great for unwinding or drinking a beer at the end of the day. Laundry and shared kitchen were very nice and a life lifesaver for longer term travel. The room was clean and made for a great stop for a few days, safe, secure, and a good location a little out from the city center.

Kein Personal fand ich überhaupt nicht toll!

Schmuddeliges Zimmer, ungeputztes WC mit klebriger Klobrille, unpersönliches Ambiente und kein Personal vor Ort: Wer ein vollautomatisiertes Bahnhofsklo als Hotel sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Die schlechte Auffindbarkeit im Neubaugebiet und der fragwürdige Online-Buchungsprozess mit intransparenten Stornoregeln (Achtung Abzockgefahr) sowie das lahme WLAN und der zickige Checkin-Automat tragen ebenfalls nicht zum Wohlfühlen bei. Morgens dann kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen und die „Hotline“ erklärt arrogant ihre Unzuständigkeit, ohne eine Lösung oder Kompensation anzubieten. Unter dem Begriff „Hotel“ verstehe ich etwas ganz anderes.

Very lovely hotel. Smart design. Easy to find. Near the hotel, there is nice place to have a drink at night or breakfast in the morning. Very nice people serving breakfast. Overall a nice experience.

This is not a hotel. It has no reception. They should advertise it as like an rb&b. I arrived at 11 at night and there was a notice pasted on the door saying that to enter I had to enter the code that came to my email. Despite the fact that there are no money refunds and that my reservation was due at 12 the next day, they had canceled my reservation by mail. At that time with 4 suitcases, without taxis in the area, I had to find a hotel. One of the worst travel experiences of my life. With minutes to search for a hotel, I ended up in one far away with no air conditioning with terrible hot. Esto no es un hotel. No tiene recepción. Deberían anunciarlo como un aire&b. Llegué a las 11 de la noche y en la puerta había un anuncio pegado donde decía que para entrar debía de poner el código que llegó a mi correo. A pesar de que no hay devoluciones de dinero y que mi reserva vencía a las 12 del día siguiente, habían cancelado mi reserva por correo. A esa hora con 4 maletas, sin taxis por la zona, tuve que buscar un hotel. Una de las peores experiencias de viaje de mi vida. Con minutos para buscar un hotel, terminé en uno lejos sin aire acondicionado con un terrible calor.
