離俄亥俄州立大學很近 位置是這個酒店最大的優勢。同時，前台的服務質量和態度也很好，辦理入住和退房手續都很簡潔。 房間裏面設施比較齊全，但是麪積很小。一個人住勉勉強強能湊合，如果兩個人及以上住體驗會很不好。

We had a work conference here over the weekend, so no choice in where we stay as there was a block rate for rooms. From pictures it looked like it was going to be a very nice stay in a good location close to Polaris. Parking is very slim here when there are multiple conferences going on and we had to park in the overflow lot several times. When we checked in the clerk was very friendly and we had no issues. We had a King Suite w/ Sofa Sleeper Room. The room was average at best, the carpet didn't look like it had been swept with crumbs and such on it. The bed was hard as a rock with lumpy pillows (probably the worst 3 nights of sleep I have had in a long time). The A/C/Heater is so loud its like an airplane coming into land and woke us up every single time it kicked on. It was so bad the 3rd night we slept with it completely shut off. The bathroom was very small and I had no hot water when showering for the 3 days I was here. I feel like they dont have a large enough water heating system to properly supply hot water when the hotel is at capacity which it was this weekend. The water pressure was also weak and hard to rinse the soap of your hair or body. It is not ideal on how the bathroom is set up either as I needed to be up early for my conference daily while my family was trying to sleep. There is no door in the sink area so you have to blind the rest of the room to get ready, there is only a small pocket door that closes for the shower and toilet. Poor design if you're traveling with others. The conference facilty is across from the hotel section and you have to walk outside to get there. There were multiple conferences going on and we were in the rear portion, the conference area is clean and well maintained. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and we had no tables which made for two days of classroom learning pretty miserable, not sure if the hotel it to blame or our organization on this one, but other rooms appeared to have nicer chairs and table set up. The food that was served for the conference was excellent quality and there were always cold and hot drinks available which was very nice. The Bar area was huge and poured good drinks, the worst part again is it is not connected to the hotel and you do have to walk outside to get there. The Fitness Center was great and had everything you could need for a hotel gym, treadmills, bikes, elliptical, water machine, towels etc. Overall I would not choose to stay here for a trip unless it was necessary for the conference as the hotel room quality was not up to par.

Front desk was really friendly and location is close to campus but that is about all I can say about our stay here. When we checked in for the game they didn't inform us that they would be running a shuttle to the game so by the time we saw them they were all booked up. We had friends to our room the first night for pizza and beer. The next morning I requested housecleaning for the room because we had pizza boxes and empty beer bottles and no clean towels. The response was sorry you aren't eligible for housekeeping until the next day! So I explained and they didn't care, their response was set the trash in the hallway and come down to the front desk for clean towels. For over $300 a night, I wasn't expecting to do my own room cleaning, trash removal and towel service! Yes, they jack the room rates up over double for game weekends (I think that's called gouging).

I have lived here for more than half a month, and the experience is terrible: ⑴sanitary: There's a leftover carrot under the bed, and the room serving didn't sweep it off several times The sheets and covers are not very tidy, and many pests will be with you during your stay. (2) room facilities: Electric appliances: TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, hair drier Bath is inconvenient because of the size and design. During shower, half water can go outside, and if the floor is broken, you need to pay. (3) safety: Some rooms were knocked in the middle of the night, and just several day before we left, three rooms of the whole regiment were stolen. We have already got in touch with the hotel manager and called the police, but it is hopeless for us to get them back. The response from the hotel was not positive. I was told that the manager would come to work at 9:00. As a result, at 1:00 p.m., the front desk said that the manager was on holiday today. We can only send mail to managers. By the next week, we were about to leave, and there was not enough time to deal with By the way, there's no surveillance on the corridor side of the hotel room. So it is really unsafe. [about theft] There's no sign of prying or turning. During the day time, rooms may empty, we go out. The thief took away some of our new purchases: coach bags, cosmetics, etc. It can be understood that it can be used by herself/himself or sold for some money. The thief didn't take away the iPad and computer that we put directly in the room. Sound strange, right!? 入住這個酒店太驚喜了。酒店很新，是酒店式公寓。早餐不錯，除了大牀外還有一個沙發牀。網絡電視很不錯，房間總體很舒適。廚房設施齊全，有鍋碗瓢盆、餐具等，酒店還可以代買食品水果蔬菜。不需要另付押金，可延遲退房至下午一點。總體很滿意，下次一定要提前預定，多住幾天。
