聖胡安孔達多希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn San Juan Condado)

The place is new and clean but there are some undone amenities. It doesnt destroy the a**osphere but it can be a little issue to some people

The hotel it’s good! The staff need to be more helpful

Our stay was amazing! Juan at the front desk was super attentive, listened and solved our concerns and made everything a little bit easier for us; he also gave us suggestion of places, food, night life etc. We only had an issue with a leak in our room which was taken care of. The only complain I have is that the fire alarm went off a few times two different nights in the middle of the night and when we went down the emergency stairs to the front to find out if everything was okay, we were told “It’s okay, you’re good@ It was 3:45AM the first time, it’s was almost 5AM the next time …

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean rooms, Beautiful lagoon views. Friendly staff. Nice pool overlooking the lagoon. Many restaurants and stuff to do walking distance. The hotel connects with the Condado plaza and we were allowed to use their ammenities ,pool, beach area. Excellent service.

The property is beautiful and the staff is nice. It’s a brand new hotel so some things are still being worked on, for example the gym is not quite finished but you can use the gym at their sister property - the condado plaza hotel. (power goes out at times in that gym shutting off your machine but otherwise okay for a hotel gym). House keepers were great, I didn’t eat at the property except breakfast because the food is Americanized. If you’re looking for tradition Puerto Rican food you’ll need to leave the property. Enjoyable stay. I would stay again, Hilton’s never dissapoint.

Un hotel muy limpio, no cobran mucho por incidentales. Sólo que el check in era a las 4:00 p.m. y tras que es tarde, tuve que esperar 20 minutos adicionales porque la habitación no estaba lista. Lo demás muy cómodo y bonito.

This is a beautiful and convenient property. Staff was very nice. Because they are just opening, there were a few things that happened around being new, but I am sure they will work through all of that. I would very highly recommend staying at this property.
