My son’s wedding

Beautiful historical landmark hotel. The junior suite has very little drawers to store clothing. My toilet was leaking water from the bottom and the writing desk was lopsided. The restaurant, Fontana, their service was slow and uninformative. For example, the breakfast buffet has no apparent omelette station. However, hearing others ask the wait staff, you need to ask the staff behind the buffet station that you want an omelette. The bathrooms do not have an exhaust vent so you will have a foggy mirror after showering. The hotel is very secure and parking is free and there is ample parking if there isn’t a wedding or another affair going on.

TV in room didn't work. Took nearly 2 hours to move us to another room and get keys that worked. Reception Staff below par. Not happy to welcome guests. No smiles. Icy cold. Concierge very good. Just tried to overcharge me by nearly $120 and receptionist unable or unwilling to sort out until better people arrive.

Curioso para avaliar o hotel após hospedagem ocorrida 40 anos atrás. Superou minhas expectativas. Linda construção , atualizada, situado em bairro residencial .Pessoal super simpático e prestativo. Fizeram tudo para nos agradar. Academia melhor equipada que a maioria dos hotéis da mesma categoria. Piscina enorme. Campo de golf . Otimo cozinheiro . O que mais se pode esperar?

Just a lovely hotel with old world charm. A perfect place for a few day’s relaxation. Room 840 was comfy, large and well appointed. Wish the room maids would not change the towels every day - when they were clearly hung up - so un called for in the age, but a small gripe!

A real gem but it is showing it's age. The hot water pipes were squeaking at random times. Engineers said "the pipes are just old." Time for a re-piping of the Biltmore! Room service got our order wrong but the young lady said she would be right back with the rest of our food and she was right back. All that said, the staff were great and the pool is amazing.

My husband and I stayed on New Year's Eve, we were given a wonderful room with a balcony, the room had everything we needed, the reception staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back with this hotel )
