雲雀園公寓(Alondras Park Apartamentos)

Terrible....Es una pena... la falta de mantenimiento y de interés por parte de los responsables, hacen que la estancia sea de lo peor. Todo lo malo que puedas imaginar, nos pasó este fin de semana. Reservamos con seis meses de antelación para tener cuatro apartamentos juntos, pues nos los dieron separados. Nos dicen que contemos los cubiertos y los platos por si nos faltaba algo, vamos a recepción a pedir cucharas y, el domingo, cuando nos fuimos, aún no nos los habían dado. No teníamos ni mesa ni sillas, las pedimos, pero tampoco. Las camas incómodas y hacían ruido. Bombillas fundidas, habitaciones sin luz, que tampoco se molestaron en cambiar. El mobiliario, hecho polvo. La puerta principal de uno de los apartamentos, no cerraba, con lo cual, siempre se tenía que quedar alguien dentro. La piscina esta serrada por covid necesita mantenimiento los alrededores sucios, porque había un grupo que se dedicaban a comer, beber y fumar y dejar todo tirado por el suelo lo per fue una señora, visiblemente borracha, bebiendo y derramando su bebida en la piscina y nadie le decía nada. Sólo las ganas de pasarlo bien de nuestro grupo, fue lo bueno de este fin de semana. Les recomendaría se preocuparan un poco más por el bienestar de los huéspedes, no sólo de cobrar desde que llegas y un poco más de mantenimiento en los apartamentos. Lo siento pero, ni pienso volver ni se lo recomendaré a nadie.

Il soggiorno programmato in questo albergo è stato purtroppo deludente per molte ragioni. La camera era piccolissima l'armadio internamente era vecchio e lasciava un odore tremendo di muffa sugli abiti, tanto che non ho potuto usarlo, tutto in stato d'abbandono, il bagno era massimo da albergo due stelle.. La piscina, era chiusa per covid necessita di ristrutturazione, le lampade a basso consumo erano vecchie di anni e illuminavano di giallo l'ambiente, le sedie sdraio di plastica bianca di basso costo sembravano essere li da anni, l'illuminazione della piscina esterna, affidata a due lampioncini con le stesse lampade a basso consumo ingiallite, andava e veniva, a causa di problemi elettrici. In conclusione un albergo da ristrutturare pesantemente nelle camere, nella piscina, , non all'altezza di altre strutture di pari livello presenti nella stessa località.

As soon as my partner and I arrived Shambhu made us feel right at home! Any questions we had he was more than happy to answer. The apar**ent was lovely and clean, beds were super comfy. I would recommend here to anyone visiting Costa del Silencio and I will definitely be returning!

Alondras park is a peaceful and relaxing apar**ent complex. The people who live there and the locals of the area are so friendly. Alondras park is a lovely way to absorb the local culture of Tenerife. We were pleasantly surprise by the apar**ent we received considering we were two people we were given a very spacious apar**ent with a beautiful view. The highlight of our holiday was the hospitality given to us by Shambhu! He is such a kind and helpful man, if you have any queries or problems Shambhu is always keen to help. Shambhu was very essential to holiday as he made us feel at ease and in safe hands. He is very knowledgeable of the area and is always around to help! Alondras park has two lovely pools area which are perfect for swimming or sun bathing. There are many local restaurants and Cafes in walking distance but there is a very accessible right out side Alondras park which can take you to playa de americas or Siam water Park. I am very grateful for my stay Alondras park as it gave a peaceful break! The trea**ent I received was one of a kind and I can’t thank Shambhu enough! Would love to come back one day!

We have just spent a week here and have no complaints whatsoever, the apar**ent was clean, very spacious, free Internet, the pools are great its peaceful and somewhere to relax and chill pool bar do fantastic food which is very well priced. Shambhu is great so friendly and accommodating he escorted us to our room on arrival and as we were late getting here he gave me bottled water and milk until the shops opened the next day a true gent.
