Place was disgusting and not unkept at all. We got approached by a sex worker when we arrived and they offered to rent the room out to us for “cheaper”. So sickening considering we were on a family trip with our child. Never ever ever going back to this place again.

The young lady at the desk was friendly and did at making us feel welcome, but unfortunately the cleaning/ disinfect spray was too strong and seemed to linger overnight, and we were able to manage, but the main problem was there was a long black hair inside the sheet and a brown stain also that appears was never bleached out. The young lady apologized and we were given new sheets and that were about the same.

If you're like me and have Champagne taste yet you're on a beer budget, come here. Perhaps one of the areas best kept secrets. This place meets all of one's requirements, it's nice, safe, centrally located, access to food and shopping and the airport. The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nicely appointment, clean, bed is comfy and there's a large tv. No shortage of outlets for all of your devices too. I'll most definitely stay here again when I'm in town.

This is perhaps one of Costa Mesa's best kept secrets. If you've ever been to Costa Mesa, you'd know that most motels here are a bit on the trashy side with the clientele that those establishments attract. This is not one of those places. The property is well kept and clean, the staff is very friendly, the beds are comfy, the rooms are well appointed and the TV is big. Anyone would be very comfortable here. It had access to the freeway, many great places to eat near by, and most of all, it's a great deal! I will definitely stay here again. Oh yeah, they also serve breakfast for you early birds.

When visiting family in Newport Beach, we always stay at the OC Hotel. It’s a great location to get around the area. If you ask, get a room in the single story section, in the back. It is so quiet, even though it’s a busy area. Staff is also great. Breakfast is light, but they have a great

The OC was a nice hotel! It was comfortable and clean. Our family enjoyed staying here.. The pool was nice and clean.. The complimentary breakfast was actually good and filling with different options! We were gone all day and came back to clean room/sheets/towels!! That was nice.. The only downside was the walls were very thin.. upstairs had children and they were running around most the time. But we understood as we had a small child with us. Other than that we would stay here again!!!

The lady on the front desk was great! She’s very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very good. 10/10 would come back and check in again in the future.

I love the location being close to the o.c fairgrounds, and a great Italian restaurant hust a min walk away. Highly recommend you stay here. The staff are great and diligent with cleaning and meeting your needs.

Me and my family come here sometimes to spend time together ! The environment was peaceful and quiet and the beds also felt comfy and amazing! The front staff was phenomenal as always ! We will be back soon!!

Pros and Cons for sure! Hotel right if the freeway so easy to find but done a dark street. Nothing around so don’t plan to walk. Room was overall very clean. Just a small room. No frills. The beds are extremely comfortable and quiet. No squeaking or rustling from the mattress. 5 stars on the mattress. The common area and breakfast are questionable. Coffee machine and coffee was 5 stars. After that it’s just bad. All pre-package, sugary food. Very basic. Plain bagel, plain toast, and plain Cheerios. The rest was a packaged sugar fest. We like coffee and the kids to have some fruit or something but I’d pass if I were you. Overall it’s safe, close to the freeway, hot coffee and very comfortable beds. My husband said the shower was pretty amazing too.

The room and staff were fine. No street noise. Room sink water flow was minimal. Breakfast was minimal, limited juice, bagels , packaged breakfast sandwiches, no ketchup or mustard, good coffee machine.

The rooms are very nice and updated but the walls are very tin next door were very noisy at 3 am u can hear the banging and loud moanig of having intimacy it’s definitely not a place for family but couples can have fun
