We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that took me by total surprise was the carpet in room #102 was extremely dirty. I took a shower walked on the carpet 2 times to go to the bathroom my feet were so black I had to wash them again. The wash cloth I used was black now. I showed my wife , she couldn't believe it. Everything was great outside of that one thing. It doesn't mean we won't use Travel Lodge again. I just wanted to mention it so maybe it can be cleaned up for the next guest.

Upon arrival, the room smelled moldy, despite everything looked very clean. with the window open the smell disappeared but then got back again. AC produced burning smell , again had to ventilate the room. And finally the bathroom ceiling started to make pretty laud cracking sounds around 11 pm that didn't stop. I left the hotel ~ 11:30 pm and drove home questioning if the structural conditions were safe.

On an evening when the outside temperature was in the 50s, our room was in the mid-70s and simply would not cool off no matter how low we set the A/C unit. Everything else about the stay was fine.

For the price and great location, it was a great deal. Front desk person was friendly and very accommodating. Will stay at the travel lodge when visiting Santa Rosa again next year.

The property is a Travelodge motel on the outside, but with an excellent Marriott-level interior and cleanliness. Even comes with complementary snacks and two bottles of water. Note that there is no breakfast on-site, so keep that in mind when comparing it to other properties.

It was great. The owner checked us in and he was so friendly and kind. We had an issue with our tv snd he personally came and fixed it for us.100% recommend this place!

The bathrooms were especially SENIOR friendly with walk in shower and flat bottom. Very safety conscious. All new and updated worth the very reasonable price
