Seven friends for lunch!Very disappointing!Food is very expensive for what it was!!The chicken sandwich was a burger and the chicken was literally cremated and inedible!!! Told the waitress to let the kitchen know!No response from the kitchen or the offer of even a dessert as compensation!! Give this place a HUGE miss!!!

Lovely place for food and a drink to just chill out looking at the ocean. Packed for the AFL while we went but still a nice place to go to chill. Great pint of Guinness 😎. We took the train from Perth then bus, easy transport even without a car. To be fair with a car would have been worse, looked tough parking as we walked around.

We visited the restaurant in January and had an opportunity to spend a night at CBH. It was perfect for us. Michael was very welcoming, helping us with our bags and arranging a reservation in the restaurant downstairs. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The food here is below average Probably should have stayed home and saved my money The Pablo chicken was rather hard could hardly eat it McDonald’s would probably be better and I haven’t had Macca for 30 years

In dire need of re-decoration; very noisy at night due to beach club next door. Building site right opposite our room; Would never stay here again. Unhelpful receptionist refused our request to move rooms. Air conditioning in room was noisy as was the fridge and bathroom fan.

Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a few minutes' walk from Cottesloe Beach, Perth's favorite surf beach. The hotel has good rooms with attractive views over the expansive Indian Ocean. It features both bars and restaurants. The Verandah Bar is a great place to have a drink after a dip in the Indian Ocean. Cottesloe Beach Hotel is a feature of Western Australia's Cottesloe Beach, which is well-liked by locals and families.

Ideally located just across the road from Cottesloe Beach. Good pub food with plenty of different beers on offer. Suggest the front bar as it has the best views of the ocean, but there is a back bar area as well. Seemed like a decent TAB area for the punters. Plenty of parking close-by and good friendly staff. Give it a try.

Perfect location to watch the sunset, situated opposite the beach, the staff are amazing, each one is polite and have a smile on their face when attending to you. David (Reception Manager) brilliant, so helpful and informative, totally sets your expectations for your stay. Things not on the website include; free beach towels, free deckchairs, free bodyboards and free bike hire, fully recommend this hotel, no negatives to mention.
