No microwave in room. Stay said they were told not to put one in my room!! Neighbour were in and out all night long. Loud!! Fighting!! And front desk sent security to my room!! No kleneex. Lied to about breakfast!! They tacked on a $150 deposit that I was unaware of!!

We arrived @ the hotel @ 4:30-4:45. We were told by the front desk that our room was NOT ready. It was being cleaned. We were very unhappy, since we were told check-in was @ 4:00, & I am disabled. We were meeting friends, & were delayed. We left the hotel as they told is the would call us when the room was ready. We received a call @ 5:25 to tell us our room was finally available. Our group had a total of 6 rooms, & all of theirs were ready, (& one was able to get in early), but ours was not! There was no offer of an apology or any compensation! We were not looking for that, however, something could have been offered, even if it were a late checkout or something! Not a good business practice when people are paying for a "resort" hotel.

Our stay was a very relaxing day at the pool. The pool is lovely with the exception of the towels. The towels were very old and worn. The water temp was perfect, the food at the pool was tasteful, the service was friendly and good. Our room was clean with comfortable bedding. The two of us enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

The property was okay but not worth the price in my opinion. We couldn’t get breakfast room service for whatever reason. The whole property has 6 luggage carts which was definitely not enough. It was a terrible first impression having no assistance getting luggage to our room.

This property is a little secluded right near the westmont/OakBrook neighborhoods. It’s a very safe area. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. It is not walkable really to anything but anything you need you can find within a 10 minute drive. Close to OakBrook mall.

Our room was old, with the worst view to the parking lot, so we didn’t feel like we had any privacy and had to keep the blinds down. The property feels old outdated, musty carpet smell and an old elevator that takes forever. For the rates, we were not impressed with this hotel and probably won’t stay here again. Ok for one night, but we prefer a hundred times over the Westin Lombard from across the street.

We have been to this property twice in last two years. Nice resort feel with good view of golf course from lobby and restaurant. Crowded but didn’t feel crowded. Comfortable beds. No cleaning for two night stay but will refresh towels
