Très belle chambre confortable et spacieuse Personnel très gentil et serviable Superbe petit déjeuner J y ai séjourné pendant 5 jours pour mon travail et le personnel à été aux petits soins du début à la fin avec moi La vue est très belle aux étages supérieurs

El hotel está en un barrio un poco "raro". Por la noche no es aconsejable pasear por la zona, tiene cerca muchos servicios como restaurantes o bares y supermercados. Muy bien conectado con la estación de tren, en 20/30 minutos estás en el centro de Londres. El hotel no está muy limpio pero por el precio tampoco puedes pedirlo todo

Good location, staff are great. Our bedside lamps had no bulbs and there was no TV remote but this was quickly rectified and they actually provided us with a voucher for 3 free breakfasts for the inconvenience which was totally unexpected. Downside was the room itself. When we entered the smell of bleach was overwhelming and the curtains appeared to have blood stains on them. Worst thing however was waking up after our second night and the bedsheets had ridden up so we were lying on the mattress. Please see picture of the mattress which is self explanatory. It would definitely put us off staying again despite the great staff.

Excellent, friendly hotel in the heart of Croydon. Staff are an assett and could not fault the stay overall. Mattress was a bit too hard for our liking and only man problem we had was travel to and from the hotel on our arrival date due to train and tram strikes. East Croydon Station is a 5 minute walk away and gives fast direct trains to central London.

Such a lovely stay, and welcomed by the beautiful and warm Sophie. Would most definitely stay there again sometime

It was nice nice on central city shops and restaurants near staff where friendly and helpful and quick response im looking forward to visit soon again in future date .

5 stars for service. Sophie on the help desk was ever so helpful and kind, made a visit for a funeral a more wholesome occasion with their friendly demeanor and helpfulness. Will stay there again, ease of access to the train station and amenities were very handy.

Enjoyed my stay, very welcoming staff, clean rooms and spacious bar cafe. Food in kitchen from Rita was very good, Hayley on the bar is a great addition and took on the new role effortlessly. The assistant manager Sophie was more then accommodating also.
