We have been coming to this hotel for 9 years, however, the hotel is not the same with the new owners. The old ones paid attention to detail. The location is excellent and the bedding is clean. The curtains need cleaning, the shower trickles, there is dust on the floor around the beds. We realised that when we left the room the door did not lock and anyone could have taken our laptops and personal items. The cafe is now very expensive for basic food like a croissant or toast, nothing like it used to be. The staff pretend they don’t understand English and are quite rude when we speak in Spanish, normally the Spanish are very helpful and kind. Value for money though.

疫情前我就沒來過這裏,所以回來和在這家酒店工作的友好,善良,樂於助人的員工見面真是太好了。位於潘普洛納/伊魯尼亞的現代部分,不是特別美,但如果沒有自己的車輛,離火車站很近,步行距離到老城區(20-25分鐘)。酒店門口還有3分鐘的城市巴士站,21路公交車站在那裏,帶您到潘普洛納主要巴士站。酒店內部現代,舒適,乾淨,熱情。早餐廳旁邊有電梯,wifi不錯,還有客人電腦。房間也舒適,設施齊全,連接浴室也很現代乾淨,早餐自助不錯,餡料。

我們是五個成員的家庭,那就是你去哪裏的問題,我們選擇這個公寓,因爲那天帕普羅納沒有其他東西。房間寬,乾淨,那點非常好。洗乾淨寬,但很暗。悲,但也積極。有力的房間的空調,但是在普通空間裏什麼都沒有。八月是,我,一月份會是冰箱。接待是最悲傷和髒的地區,只有看到它就了你的道德,這是一副糟糕的第一印象(如果加上銷售機器,已經.... ) 數字入住是本店的選擇。我認爲這是個錯誤的決定,更重要的是,考慮到這個酒店的住處(晚上幾個小時就很複雜,好像有些東西不行,你就在街頭.... ) 。事實上,這家酒店是年輕人羣(WiFi非常好)或兩個孩子的伴的解決方案。但它沒有給我們補償,因爲我們終於在2星級酒店裏每晚5人支付260歐元。我們不會回來。

Viajamos 2 adultos y 1 niño. La habitación MUY PEQUEÑA para 3 personas. Las camas eran cómodas y las sábanas blancas muy limpias. Al llegar tuvimos que matar 3 moscas dentro de la habitación que con el calor que hacía no fue complicado... En el baño nos dejaron una pastilla de jabón para los 3 y 3 vasos de cartón de ”café para llevar”. Por la tarde noche tomamos un café en la cafetería y tuve que pedir que me lo calentaran. El hotel está bien para ir de paso y solo dormir pero para nada más y por supuesto no lo veo apto para viajar con un niño pequeño. No repetiría mi estancia allí.

This stay was a mixed experience for us. We spent two nights here and used garage, breakfast room and had dinner both nights. The breakfast was fine. The staff on reception very good. We had the set dinner and found the service a little unrefined. A Tv was in the dining room where the seemingly owners an elderly couple sat down directly in front of TV to watch a football match and have their dinner. Other guests apperared to fine this unusual and yet quaint. The food quality was okay. Our room had an electronic lock that infact did not lock but you could open without our key. We reported to reception and host showed us how to lock dispite the fault. We tried and tested it worked. The next day we discovered the cleaners had cleaned the room they obviously did not know how to lock it and the door was open. A little disapointing with our items inside. the garage was large and 10 euros for the evening. There was a very mixed range of guests in the dining room, some called in passing. Location from the city a reasonable long walk a bus did stop 500mtrs or so from Hotel.

The staff pretend they don’t understand English and are quite rude when we speak in Spanish, normally the Spanish are very helpful and kind. Value for money though.

We have been coming to this hotel for 9 years, however, the hotel is not the same with the new owners. The old ones paid attention to detail. The location is excellent and the bedding is clean. The curtains need cleaning, the shower trickles, there is dust on the floor around the beds. We realised that when we left the room the door did not lock and anyone could have taken our laptops and personal items. The cafe is now very expensive for basic food like a croissant or toast, nothing like it used to be. The staff pretend they don’t understand English and are quite rude when we speak in Spanish, normally the Spanish are very helpful and kind. Value for money though.

我們和我這天聖禮拜住了我的伴,一切都很好...工作人員的注意,酒店的清理,房間的寬度...早餐還好,我們吃飯,有幾次信程,理想的就是分享一些菜,要求一個主菜。配方很好,質量很好。還有一封米信。只是爲了給我們一個,我對很多酒店不理解,沒有髮型制服:--我肯定會回來,一個大酒店,房間裏的景色很觀,環境也很。

This stay was a mixed experience for us. We spent two nights here and used garage, breakfast room and had dinner both nights. The breakfast was fine. The staff on reception very good. We had the set dinner and found the service a little unrefined. A Tv was in the dining room where the seemingly owners an elderly couple sat down directly in front of TV to watch a football match and have their dinner. Other guests apperared to fine this unusual and yet quaint. The food quality was okay. Our room had an electronic lock that infact did not lock but you could open without our key. We reported to reception and host showed us how to lock dispite the fault. We tried and tested it worked. The next day we discovered the cleaners had cleaned the room they obviously did not know how to lock it and the door was open. A little disapointing with our items inside. the garage was large and 10 euros for the evening. There was a very mixed range of guests in the dining room, some called in passing. Location from the city a reasonable long walk a bus did stop 500mtrs or so from Hotel.

Viajamos 2 adultos y 1 niño. La habitación MUY PEQUEÑA para 3 personas. Las camas eran cómodas y las sábanas blancas muy limpias. Al llegar tuvimos que matar 3 moscas dentro de la habitación que con el calor que hacía no fue complicado... En el baño nos dejaron una pastilla de jabón para los 3 y 3 vasos de cartón de ”café para llevar”. Por la tarde noche tomamos un café en la cafetería y tuve que pedir que me lo calentaran. El hotel está bien para ir de paso y solo dormir pero para nada más y por supuesto no lo veo apto para viajar con un niño pequeño. No repetiría mi estancia allí.
