波赫米別墅酒店(Bohemi Design Villa's)

Wij zijn hier twee weken geweest met de hele familie inclusief kinderen. Wij hebben hier erg genoten, het park is prachtig en gelegen naast de flamingo's. Dit park is een perfecte uitval basis om heel curaçao te ontdekken. De villa's zijn van alle gemakken voor zien en wij hebben erg veel plezier gehad van onze privé zwembad. De keuken/woonkamer is open waardoor wij elke dag konden genieten van alle prachtige vogels die daar rondvliegen. De gastvrouw is erg behulpzaam en staat altijd voor je klaar. Een echte aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

I would like to comment to the previous review that a rude man sent motorcycles away. I was staying at Bohemi in that exact night and can only say that the amount of noise the motorcycles made was intentionally loud and not just "arriving on bikes". It sounded as if a whole motorcycle club arrived in the night and celebrated the sound of their bikes... probably a reception to the wedding couple. But honestly, it was very respectless from the bikers and I can only compliment that they were send away and understand that there was no tolerance for them. I personally woke up and went outside to see what was going on. We are also talking about a nature resort! There are really plenty of animals (from small rabbits that you only see at night to Flamingoes and Iguanas, lots of wild birds...) living in the area and the behaviour of the bikers was really inappropriate. Other than that, Bohemi is an oasis for everybody who looks out for an experience away from the mainstream (ok, there is not that much mainstream on Curacao). The houses are wonderful but special. Yes, you can get wet on the way to the toilet when it rains, but that happens so rarely. Most guests will experience the Caribbean style of this place in a way like they have never seen before. Pictures don´t do it justice.

An aggressive and rude man told us to leave the property because of the motorcycles we arrived on. He said he is the brother of the owner!  We stopped Before the reception not near any appar**ents at 22:15/30. He first didnt even let us explain that most of the group are guests staying for a wedding.. this was the bridalparty.. even after he stayed Very Rude!

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this resort. We stayed in Zen, a four bedroom villa, with two couples. Beautiful villa with tons of space and lots of privacy. There are new villas being built around the property but we were gone during the day so the construction did not disrupt us. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The villas are conveniently located for exploring the island. Rental car is highly recommended so that you can explore this beautiful island. There is a grocery store just up the road, a great restaurant on site and several other very good oceanfront restaurants within a 5 minute drive.

The property will be lovely when it is done. nestled in the woods, open air, cool design. But they are in construction. So it is an active construction site on all sides. The amenities are not up and running as shown. My guess is it will be a very cool place once completed. Hosts were very nice and offered to refund our money as it was not going to be a peaceful stay.

Bohemi Villas were a wonderful choice for our family vacation. Our villa was modern and comfortable. The staff was very easy to work with and communicated well before and during our stay. It’s a lovely combination action of eco-friendly resort and utilitarian elegance. Be aware this is not a “full service hotel”, you will need to purchase items such as coffee and extra bath tissue for use during your stay. Daily maid service is not included and there is a cleaning fee upon departure. The villa does have a well equipped open air kitchen for food preparation. The property is well situated on the island for access to restaurants and shops, but it does require a car. The property is situated in an authentic Curacaoian residential neighborhood. You should be comfortable with that before booking. It was exactly what we wanted, very safe, and a unique island experience.
