Reservation was inaccurate - we reserved for a Disabled room in the first floor and was placed in the third floor. Check-in personnel who introduced to us as the manager of the day was very rude, no apology made to us, very arrogant in saying ”Are you taking the room or not?”, no effort of service recovery and explanations ever made to me and my family. If only we have other place to go and stay, we will not pushed through with our reservations. So sad because we are not familiar with the place and city that is why we were forced to accept the room and stay. The place is supposed to be very clean because the hotel is new but that particular check-in personnel/manager was VERY RUDE!!!!
