Very bad behaviour from staff there were no power in the building during night and staff were not picking calls when called, when they picked the call they were irritated towards us. When we addressed this issue to manager he was not bothered and not listening to us. Overall very bad experience from the staffs

Kinda liked the aesthetic of the entire place, it being clean was the biggest concern and it was well met, good road connectivity to surrounding places. A little on the more expensive side though. Also the manager was really sweet and helpful, dk his name but he was from bengal.

It was an average experience staying over here. We faced a lot of issues with the restaurant that they have. We found a metal pin present in our food, they were denying to give 15% discount which was mentioned while booking, after wasting 30 mins they agreed to give, rooms are good but the service is pathetic, for any complain we need to follow up at least 3-5 times then only they will do it.

Stay was not as hifi as it looked in photos. It projected as a business class hotel, but it's not. We checked in at late night, first things first they dont have parking we have to keep car on main market road which usually gets cramped with traffic in mornings so i was constantly looking at my car through window to check if someone dented. Secondly, in the images, there is an open breakfast busy and a fancy cafe, which gave me feelings like lounges, but in reality, nothing as such, even the cafe is closed. They only have one restaurant on the ground floor. The taste is below average, and it's so costly. The quality is not worth it. And thirdly, lobby and common areas are not maintained well. Its completely closed space flat like construction. The moment we stepped out of room, it's heavy cigarette smell outside even in the lift. My wife felt so uncomfortable with that. Overall, it is a very average hotel with low quality of amenities and definitely overpriced.

Room's was fabulous. Like it, rooms was quite clean, restaurant food was amazing and tooo yummy, definitely recommend this property, if you are looking for comfortable rooms and good food please stay with vits select kudro destinn hotel. All shout-out to mr. Ranjan manager

There are no distinguished rooms of smoking and non-smoking rooms. People availability at reception. Dinner provided was tasty and nice but breakfast served was not good and the quality of food was not good as the sour smell is coming for idli and dosa.

I was on a business trip to mangalore for couple of days and the decission to stay in this hotel was not wrong at all. Initially it was for 4 days but ended up after 1 day. The team right from enyerance security to reception or front desk to restaurant or room dinning or house keeping is amazingly helpful and nice. Rooms are good and spacious with all amenities. Ranjan ji from reservations was very kind and helpful to extend my stay as per my requirement which was changing everyday. Tow-bar restaurant in hotel is having amazing food and team lead by mr mithun mondale and captain neeraj and all other service staff. It was indeed a wonderful memorable stay.
