Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to. Rusty appliances that smell like mildew and death, toothpaste splatter on the mirror, hair in the tub and on shower curtain, no blankets just sheets, no kitchen items without a request from the front desk. The whole property smells of cigarettes, ****, and mildew. Floors are sticky and grimy. Users stumbling in the parking lot. People drinking/smoking partying on the side door. I checked out after one night because of the conditions of the property and they refused to refund me the additional 5 nights I had paid for. Complete false advertising of what the building looks like and what condition it actually is in

I am currently in the process of moving and was carrying all of my expensive and important items with me. I didn’t want to leave them in my car because I didn’t want the car to get broken into so I brought them into the room and left them under the sink where I had to remove the trashcan from and when they cleaned my room, they found my items but did not contact me and when I went to go retrieve my items they had stolen mostly everything that had value I am completely disgusted, and would never recommend this ghetto hotel to anyone!!! Extremely unacceptable!!!

I liked absolutely nothing about this property! Very unsafe environment, dirty, customer service front desk guy nonshalant, unpleasant youngn! Not helpful at all. System was down when we got there, and my reservation wasn't in the system when it came up.

We had to wait once we arrived to get in room and the guy called 2.5 hrs ahead to verify we were coming. Room smells like nursing home and plumbing noises all night. Neighbors next door were expressing their pleasures very loudly also. No working elevator
