I made a mistake and reserved a room one week after the date I needed. I went to the hotel when I needed; I realized I made a mistake and an employee told me I needed to call ******* and cancel the reservation, he said they’d call the hotel and the hotel would approve the cancellation. I was notified that ******* tried to find out if the cancellation was approved but the hotel didn’t approve it even though I was told they would. Now, ******* and this hotel have charged me for the days I couldn’t come. I payed about 100 more for the room I got than for the one I reserved; at the end, I feel like money was stolen from me and it makes me want to never ever use *******, this hotel, or anything related. I’m going to Yelp and everywhere I can leave a review. I’m his was unfair, I was lied to, and because of a simple mistake I was robbed of my hard earned money.
