The hotel is good, the breakfast food is average but the service is very good ,The restaurant it does not have a lift and we have to climb stairs.

Hotel is located centre of the town, neat and clean hotel, prompt service and courteous staff. We recommend travellers to explore hotel sumitel hotel We like to thanks Ms. Dikila, Ms. Raksha and Mr. Pranesh for making us comfortable during stay and breakfast table

Food service is awesome, served by Ms Dikala and Ms Raksha.. I am really happy with their service. And for my wife bday they have done good arrangements. Rooms are having some little bit worried. Not king size beds received. Other than this excellent services offered by them.

Best food served at Noor Biryani by Ms Dikila, Ms sohana and Mr Sachin. This restaurant is at best location of city. Hotel provided best amenities, staffs were good and cooperative . Highly recommended for staying at this hotel and taste the restaurant food. Thank you Sumitel Darjeeling

Our stay in hotel Sumitel was really awesome and the hospitality was next level I would like to prefer this hotel for all guests all the staffs were very helpful specially Mr Dipen and Ms Raksha was very polite and helpful to us we would like to visit this hotel again thank you Mr Dipen for the service.The views from the hotel was beautiful we can see Kanchanjunga from the restaurant we loved the stay.

Overall Nice stay. Rooms are maintained. 100-200m from Mall Road. Dipen & Raksha served nicely during breakfast and were professional. Kanchenjunga view during breakfast from Restaurant is amazing.

Dipen ,Raksha were very good.Foods are very good and tasty.All kind of items are available according to ur state.One can see Kanchenjunga hill from restaurant.Rooms are also good.Room service is fast.

Pros- 1)The hotel is just like a mall, where everything is under the same roof 2)The room service and reception guys were courteous. 3) The restaurant experience was amazing specially like to mention guys (Dipen, Raksha, Sachin) who made the experience delightful. The great kanchenjunga view from the restaurant adds icing on the cake. Cons- 1) The location of this restaurant is within some intricate pathways, which are not clean. Garbages are all around. Apart from that everything was ok.

Mr Dipen and ms Raksha was really awesome and the service they provided was really great food was also very delicious and the views from the restaurant was really beautiful we would like to visit this hotel again..
