It was an horrible stay, after check in into this hotel I went up to my room and didn’t even stay for 10 min the smell was so bad. So many working girls on site with their pimp. The experience was just horrible, my daughter would not stop crying. Trip.com was not able to help at all I went to book another hotel elsewhere.

Cucarachas, mal olor, esta muy sucio.

This place was so gross. Cockroaches and insect feces everywhere. Mold in the bathrooms. Trash on the floor. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Noisy people. We legitimately asked for a refund and left within 5 minutes of being there. The staff at the main desk was nice and assisted us with the refund with no issues, at least.

Worst stay I ever had. Never even got the TV to work the room smelled really bad the hallways were filthy

Well ill begin with the cleanlyness of the room. I have never seen so many roaches in a room in my life. We were so discusted but we only had to endure it for 5 hours. There wasnt anyone at the desk to complain to it was locked up like fort nox. We had no towels for showers and a half a roll of toilet paper. We will have a hard time ever picking them for a room again !!! If you had any integrity you would issue me a refund !!! Not holding my breath though !!!

My room smelled like mildew and almost all of my outlets didn’t work when I tried to tell someone there was no one at the desk and they didn’t answer the phone number posted

Roaches everywhere, microwave didnt work at all, outlets didnt work, heat didnt work, spiders everywhere, stains on sheets, broken dressers, broken cabinets, dirty bathroom.

It was fine for the price. Carpets in halls had not been vacuumed in a long time. TV did not work
