As a solo female traveler, I stayed here three nights before going to Rishikesh for a yoga course. While Dehradun isn’t much of a sightseeing destination, I felt safe staying at The Hosteller. The staff were super helpful and the hostel vibe was jovial, consisting of local travelers keen to chat and play guitar/sing on the rooftop in the evening.

My stay at Hosteller Dehradun was comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is decent. However, unlike many other Hosteller properties, there is no canteen or common social setup that encourages travellers to interact and mingle. One of the things I usually enjoy about hostels is meeting fellow travellers, and that aspect felt missing here. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

Location was very decent. Rooms and all property was neat and clean plus well maintained. Highly recommended full value for money. Staff were very helpful and cooperative. I had enjoyed a lot over there.

Property was very cleaned. Staff was very helpful and cooperative if you are looking for a budget stay must stay at hosteller. Dorms are neat and cleaned.

Location was very hearthacking especially the roof top. Rooms are neat and clean. Property was also very good especially the common area. The property has a huge parking too.
