Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

The hotel is just opposite to the Dehradun Railway Station. Some part of it is still under construction. But, from stay perspective, it is ready. We visited and stayed here on our way to a Himalayan Trek. The overall experience was good. The check-in was pretty smooth. Being a new hotel, everything appears and feels new. The room was good with bright colors. Room size was decent. It had a small balcony. The bathroom was neat & clean. The bedding was of good quality. The room had all required amenities. We were family of 3 and hence required additional bed. It was provided immediately on request. The portable bed was also of good quality. The hotel has a small restaurant as well. However, it was priced on a bit higher side. The food items we requested had different portions and when we enquired about it, they did not bother to check and correct it. The food taste was good though. Overall, it's a nice little hotel good for short stay near the railway station.

BbackyardexplauraHolywater is just up the road from the Ganga Kinare Hotel with which it is affiliated. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights here: balcony room, Aircon, nice bathroom with amenities, comfortable bed and pillows. The restaurant serves exquisite meals, served by very capable waiters. We utilised the facilities offered by the Ganga Kinare Hotel also, including an intimate evening aarti. Friendly front of house staff and attentive housekeeping staff also. Many thanks to all.

staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness.
room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards.
property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months.
food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced.
each staff is very polite & humble.
property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill.
property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

訪訪客We called twice to see if the restaurant was open for dinner, no reply. We turned up, ordered from an external menu and were told the wait was 20 minutes. We waited 2 hours. Everytime we asked for an ETA we were told 5 minutes. The rooms had no instruction booklets so our group of 6 families had no idea they had to turn the water switch on for hot water. It was so loud and there is no soundproofing. I asked at check in for breakfast the following day at 7.30am. It was not ready. I went to reception and they advised it would be. I went back up at 7.40 and was told to wait 10 more minutes. They say they can speak English but this is not true. Thankfully my aunty spoke Hindi otherwise there was no way to communicate with the receptionist. I would not come back at all nor would I recommend this place.

訪訪客One of the best hotels near Dehradun Airport is Padmini Palace. I stayed there for a two-day business trip, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a stone's throw away from the airport. The ambiance of the property was exceptional. I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for accommodations in Dehradun and proximity to the airport is a priority. They also offer additional amenities like a gym, restaurant, and bar. Thank you, Padmini Palace, for the warm accommodation.

THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SERVICE AND HELP WERE PRETTY GOOD. EVEN THE ROOMS AT THAT RATE WERE UNBELIEVEABLE. THE WASHROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND BALCONIES HAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WASHROOM.
