First I have to convey my dissapointment, the hotel rooms are quite unique with ethnic interiors. But please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, especially the cleanliness of the bed, I was very disturbed by the itching that I received while in the bedroom, I include a photo of the itching that I experienced on my skin while lying on that bed. But I also appreciate the hotel service, which after I complained, the hotel staff was very cooperative in offering to move to another room, for a budget hotel like this I think the service provided is very satisfying, although It can't avoid cleanliness that is not maintained, thank you (FYI after i move to the new room, im not feeling itchy anymore) and please move it from 4 star hotel list 🙏
