華麗套房別墅酒店(The Villa Luxury Suites Hotel)

Excellent stay!! All 5-star from the check-in, room accommodations, grounds and restaurant. March 13-19 2023. I actually had a hotel in Nairobi (Zarita Boutique & Hotel) for the same duration however it was horrible and I relocated to The Villa Luxury Suites in Diani Beach and was finally able to fully enjoy my first visit to Africa. Highly recommended. The staff and the other guests were great.

Les photos et la note sont trompeuses ! Hôtel vieillissant mal entretenu et sans confort. Nous y avons séjourné 5 nuits au lieu des 7 réservées, nous avons préféré sacrifier les 2 dernières plutôt que d’y passer une minute de plus. Pas d’eau chaude, mobilier vieillot, serviettes défraîchies, suite junior avec piscine étouffante car sans isolation thermique avec une climatisation poussive ! Petit déjeuner minimaliste, ambiance de caserne militaire, avec des horaires de repas de maison de retraite (8h 10h pour le petit déjeuner, 12h30 14h30 pour le déjeuner et 18h 20h pour le dîner !), l’hôtel est au bout d’un chemin caillouteux au milieu de nulle part ! Si vous avez envie de vacances de rêves passez votre chemin !

Amazing! Off the main road by a 3 min tuk tuk ride, super peaceful, wonderful service, kind and helpful staff (Ana, Anderson, Frank, Karol). We had a junior suite with pool and it was perfect. While it is not on the beach, there are several restaurants (Leonardo's, Zanzibar) that are certainly walkable. Moreover, any staff will arrange for free transfer to several beaches, including as far away (3k) as Nomad; return trip was at most $4usd. Breakfast was solid both times we had it, and the lunch we had one afternoon was outstanding (avocado salad, club sandwich, calamari). The place is small, but perfect if you're looking for a place where you are minutes from everything but want to be able to escape the traffic and crowds.

A perfectly delightful spot with NOTHING to criticise. Charming place, delightful Italian owner Antonio, lovely pool for proper swimming. Excellent staff - we would single out Karole for being helpful, friendly, funny and generally wonderful. Frank was also great. Ok it’s not right ON the beach but it’s not far and they will provide a tuktuk to take you there if you want. We didn’t because we’d already been there and we just wanted to relax around the pool. Nothing to fault and it would be my first choice for the place to stay if we went to this part of Kenya again.

A perfect place to enjoy calm atmosphere. The villa feels like home with a beg swimming pool and spacious rooms that have everything you might need. The restaurant serves very delicious food (grilled tuna was amazing). I wish there were more places like this in Kenya. Definitely worth staying here!

Rien de luxueux… on pourrait qualifier l ambiance de triste …. Spa fermé… heureusement la cuisine sauve un peu ce séjour …. Très très déçu… enfermès entre 4 murs !!!!! Direction inexistante!!!!! Bien bien d autres choix à Diani face à l océan !!!!!!

Our second visit. We also spent a very enjoyable Christmas there. The only down side of the pace is that it doesn't front nto the beach. However, it is all the quieter and more self-contained for it. Pretty, private, secure and quiet location just off the main road but far enough off not to suffer from traffic noise. The rooms are nice. Not big, but nice. The staff are lovely and attentive. The best thing is the food. Choices are limited but they have a real chef/cook who cooks everything fresh. There are generally only three choices of mains for dinner but there are invariably at least two that you can't decide between because they both sound so nice. Highly recommended.

This property is stunning and so well designed. It’s quaint and classy. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the common area is well set up. I had the junior suite with a private pool and it was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside is that it’s on a long dirt road off the main road and I didn’t feel comfortable walking down it (single female). I think if I was with another person I wouldn’t have felt that way. However you can order a tuktuk no problem and they will take you almost anywhere for 300 shn. Also the one morning when I was meeting a driver for some diving the security guard walked me along the road and was very nice about it. I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.
