Amazing hotel with great amenities, features a pool, hot tub and great patio area. Among the included services the only thing I did not enjoy was the breakfast wich did not include eggs nor waffles, only thing it had available was cereal and Yogurt. Other than that the Staff and the rooms were great.

Worst a Christmas EVER! The most disgusting place I have ever stayed. I had to use the restroom as soon as we pulled in I went into the restroom and the it smelled like sewage, 3 of the 4 toilets were completely backed up. The one that was available the stall was filthy, gross, gross, gross. When I told The front desk about it, they seemed completely lackluster and uninterested. We get to the room and the refrigerator doesn’t work, and the room was filthy. Hairs in the sink hairs in the bathtub. So nasty. But the icing on the cake was coming back from skiing and the Jacuzzi being broken! We left, You decide if you want to stay here.

The hotel is well situated and the room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing as there was no fresh fruit and the coffee urn had run dry.

This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in a very long time. I travel around the world - and this is still one of the worst, even compared to some in very poor countries. The condition of this property has made me pledge not to stay at a La Quinta hotel ever again.

If you're looking for the cheapest place to stay in Summit County, this is it. The room was ok, but the bathroom could use substantial updating. The shower/tub drain was quite slow to drain. The hot tub was a nice feature of the hotel, but it was very, very heavily chlorinated which irritated my skin. The breakfast was quite sparse and the eggs didn't tase good. The staff was very friendly and attentive though.

Breakfast included? Not really. There is seating for over 60 in the breakfast room. The room was full every morning and people waiting. Only hot food is a waffle and there is only one waffle iron. Who has an hour to wait to cook your waffle. We went to Wendy’s across the street.

Nice spacious room, good breakfast, great location near ski hills and outlet malls. Shower water was barely luke warm so we showered in pool area. Hot tub had a very full layer of sand at the bottom (which looked like it could be vacuumed out easily, but wasn’t at all during our 6 night stay.)

Upon checking in and getting to our room we went to put some food and drinks into the fridge and there was food left in the fridge. Then as we were sitting in the sitting area we noticed that the wall sconces had a bunch of dead bugs in them. After returning back to the hotel after dinner we went to the pool. Once we opened the door to the pool area we were hit in the face with a very pungent chlorine smell. We tried to swim in the water but there was so much chlorine in the water that it was hurting our eyes and turning them red. With the amount of money that we were charged we expected more.

I have been a traveling business executive for 50 years. I have stayed in many many different hotels over this time period. I must say this hitel is one of the dirtiest, big infected , non operating shower, gross toilet seat, filthiest hitel I have every stayed in. I will be disputing the charges
