Waited more than 1 hour in the airport for the shuttle bus coming to pick up. Front desk did not answer the calls and automatically switched to a reservation line which was completely helpless and asked me to call again. No complimentary bottle water in the room. Very limited options for pack-and-go earlier breakfast. This is a hotel definitely overpriced without any sense of hospitality.

Stayed at the hotel during a delayed flight. The room was spacious. Breakfast was bare. No complementary water and the facial tissue box was depleted. When we notified staff regarding the tissue box, we were told it would be replenished after we check out.

Our shuttle driver went above and beyond, he even made a quick stop at Starbucks for my daughter to get a quick drink in our way to the train station after her Uber order cancelled on us for tech issues. Excellent service with a smile. Will happily be booking here on all future trips! Service overall was just excellent!

Esperaba la habitación más espaciosa. En otras ocasiones que he reservado en Embassy Suites las habitaciones son más cómodas. Eramos una familia de 6 y estabamos muy crowded. En otros embassy la habitación con las camas está separada de la salita de estar que tiene el sofa cama.

Check in was smooth and easy.
Room was beautiful!!
Had a corner suite with king bed.
Room is very up to date.
Shower so nice! New, tons of hot water.
Had drinks at the bar. Girl working the bar was so incredibly nice and helpful.
Breakfast was very nice.
Enough choices.
Would recommend this place hands down.
Only one comment. Most who stays get 2 free drinks at bar. Lots of people took advantage of this.
Only 2 or 3 people tipped her. We felt bad for her. She ran her butt off keeping people happy.

We were there for an overnight stay in transit from Europe on our way home. Our luggage was lost by the airlines. The staff helped us find the only open pharmacy in the area on a Sunday night which was so helpful to us. They offered us items to substitute those that we did not have in order to make our stay convenient.
