NOT first time in this hotel.. if you want to have wonderful service, please come to this hotel. from breakfast to sport center i can give high point to this hotel. Especially Mr Serge ( manager) give me a big confidence with his wonderful attitude. He knows how to please customers… he is very serious about success… also at reception Mr Cedric at reception wonderful, Mr Lionel consierge, Mr Bruno sport coach, Miss Diane at restaurant… these people are indeed special and wonderful… I will always stay here whenever i come to Douala Cameroon Pas la première fois dans cet hôtel. . si vous voulez avoir un service exceptionnel, venez dans cet hôtel. du petit-déjeuner au centre sportif, je peux donner un point culminant à cet hôtel. Surtout M. Serge (gérant) m'accorde une grande confiance avec sa merveilleuse attitude. Il sait faire plaisir aux clients… il est très sérieux au sujet du succès… aussi à la réception M. Cédric à la réception merveilleux, M. Lionel concierge, M. Bruno coach sportif, Mlle Diane au restaurant… ces gens sont en effet spéciaux et merveilleux… Je resterai toujours ici chaque fois que je viens à Douala Cameroun

The pillowcases had stains. The rooms were otherwise clean, and the room smelt fresh. I was surprised that the room was not sprayed for mosquitoes especially after I saw one. The atmosphere was generally great, but the hotel could do better in making information available. The staff were courteous and helpful. Good location for access to airport.

J'ai séjourné quatres jours au K hotel avec mon épouse et notre enfant en bas âge. Tout d'abord le cadre est securisant, somptueux et raffiné. Que ce soit le hall d'entrée, les couloirs, les restaurants ou la chambre, on peut constater une réelle attention sur les détails et la qualité. L'accueil de cet établissement est excellent et l'ensemble du personnel est chaleureux et avenant. Une atmosphère bienveillante est omniprésente ce qui dégage un sentiment de quiétude. Malgré le fait que la clientèle est plus axée sur les voyageurs d'affaires, ma famille et moi nous y sommes très bien sentis car tout à été fait pour que le séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions (tout particulièrement pour notre enfant). Les différents lieux de restauration servent de la nourriture de qualité avec une carte variée composée de plats et/ou cocktails authentiques. Hélas toutes les bonnes choses ont une fin. Sans hésitations je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour.

Have stayed here several times and quality remains. They thought of everything in the room and the bed is comfortable. The food is delicious and prepared on demand. But what really sets them apart is the customer service: everyone is polite, smiles and helpful. Special shout out to Leonel, D’Aquin, the valet and room service teams. Truly the best in the city

我在這裏的住宿很棒,從保安到接待,一切都很完美,環境平靜,屬於現代標準,員工很棒,乾淨衛生是一流的.....安全也不錯,所有需要添加的,就是汽車清潔服務,人們應該收拾好他們的汽車,然後回來之前把它打掃乾淨,這樣會增加酒店對他們客戶的價值。
