我們來自天津，這次來舊金山旅遊，住這裡是非常不錯的地方，一切都很好，由其是早歺

酒店非常不錯，而且還有豐富的早餐，下次還去。

房間面積夠大，早餐也不錯

離機場近 有穿梭巴士 有早餐

The hotel was clean but a little old. The breakfast and the service were okay. house keeping was not an everyday.

Although the manager was very nice and helpful. The staff who checked us in was nice but a mess. Took her over 20 min to check us in. She somehow mixed our act up with someone else and they even gave us confidential information I kept telling her was not us. Lucly im not a theif. Worse they even went as far as gave us someone elses room we walked into that was in there. That was just really scary, we kept pur door lock with my extra lock cause I was afraid someone qalk in ours again. Breakfast was disgusting. Donuts were rock hard. Little meats were undercook and look process. Beds are hard and very small for a suite. Windows are sealed so.you cant even crack them for fresh air. The hotel is not "attached" to a shopping center, it is IN a shopping center. So its loud right by the road. No black out curtains. Only one tv for suites is awful. Only good is the room was a good size and was clean. Staff were wonderful and very nice though.

We were on the 5th floor and the traffic was surprisingly noisy. The staff was super friendly & accommodating. The breakfast had a wide array of choices; my husband thought it was probably the best he'd seen. The workout room had 4 cardio machines, only small hand weights (the heaviest being 5 lbs), and a Swiss ball; in 4 days, no one else used it when we did, but I wish there was more equipment for strength-training. The room was nice with plenty of space; I wish there was a microwave, more hangers in the closet, and places to set drinks when sitting on the sectional (the cushioned ottoman wasn't solid enough to trust putting full glasses on). Convenient location to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, etc.

I checked in only to find out they didn’t have a room for me even though my reservation was in the system. Then they found a room that was just finished being cleaned after a flooding in the room. It smelled terrible, so I had to make the 3 hour drive home at 10:30 pm.

I stay here often for “quiet time” and to get work done. I did not appreciate housekeeping continually knocking on my door for 20 minutes plus!!! Between about 1130-1155 the morning I was to check out. Her knocking was especially insistent around 1155 so I opened the door and stayed the obvious. Please just wait til your guests check out. They have paid for and are entitled to that peace and quiet, right up until 12 noon check out time.

Room was clean, very spacious, and it included sitting area. It’s more like a one bedroom suite than just a room with a bed. Highly recommend this hotel. Shopping center and restaurants are 2 minutes away. You can take Bart to San Francisco since Bart station is 5 min away from the hotel.

We love the configuration of the room. Each space provides privacy and perfect usage as it is set up. All in a small space; makes it feel big. It is very unique.

Very convenient area. Movie theater, restaurants and shopping stores walkingdistance. San Francisco Outlets are 3 miles away. The breakfast was ok. The pool is good kind of small. The room was big and clean. However, the bathroom was small.

This is a totally sealed building. All windows sealed. No fresh air. They spray cleaning and scented air sprays while servicing rooms. This is all sealed in so you have to breathe it.
