迪威林都柏林酒店(The Devlin Dublin)

Hotel magnífico, personal amable y eficiente. Camas comodisimas y habitación muy bien aprovechada. Una gran experiencia. Todo limpio y bien comunicado. Zona con pubs, restaurantes y supermercados. El parking es necesario reservarlo porque es imposible aparcar en la zona.

The Devlin has been a fantastic asset to Ranelagh. The Stella cinema, Layla’s restaurant and the excellent Americana bar are much loved by locals and visitors. It’s only surprising that it’s not busier during the week. Live music on Wednesdays and Thursdays is excellent.

We stayed over a weekend attending a concert at the RDS. The area is superb, with some great restaurants and pubs and a quick, easy, cheap tram link into the centre of Dublin. The hotel looks great, the staff are friendly and helpful and everything feels good quality. The breakfast was average at best but it is served in a lovely rooftop setting. The main downside, however, was the price - c€300 per night, considering the tiny size of the room. There is zero cupboard space and precious little floor space, making it really only fit for purpose for a very short stay; the bed was positioned such that one person has to climb over the other to get to the bathroom at night which is hardly ideal. We loved our weekend in Dublin, and Ranelagh is a great part to stay in but I couldn’t help feel we paid an awful lot for not very much in terms of hotel room.

Now this is my type of hotel - cool real cool - not too pricy good food and comfortable room Check in very efficiently up to the room which they said was small - real small - it was that also but it had everything in it - very well stocked bar - real cool room - places for everything Shower no bath - but adaquate space just for 2 Breakfast expensive but very good and on the way out we got a complementary coffee I will be back defo

We stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon. With most of the reviews talking about how compact the room is I really wasn’t sure what to expect. However, I thought it was absolutely perfect for what you need! The bed was so cosy especially with the tv placed where it is. The window was large which gave the room lots of light. En-suite is brilliant, the shower was amazing. There’s a Munchies wall and a fully stocked mini bar which is amazing, I liked that any sanitary products were free to use! There was a steamer, kettle, and Dyson hair dryer in your room and they also lend you GHDs. The room was cleaned and the tea and coffee replaced everyday. And on check out we got a free cup of coffee each. The road the hotel is on is also really handy, it has a brilliant bar, a Tesco next door. It has everything you need. Dublin City centre is only a 30 minute walk roughly. Which on a good day is a nice walk. And the coach for the airport is about 7 minutes away from the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Couldn’t recommend it enough. I can’t comment on either restaurants or the cinema because we went out of the hotel for those things, but I can say their coffee is really nice and the smell of popcorn is amazing.

Funcionários simpaticos e atenciosos, deixamos o nosso especial agradecimento ao Emilio, restaurante America, à Catrina e à Prieta do Laylas (ambos no mesmo hotel) pelo fantástico atendimento.

Overall a nice experience. We woke up the next morning and our car was gone. The receptionist told us aw you should have told us when checking in that it was your car was parked out side it is a clear zone after 3pm on a Saturday. We would have really appreciated when checking in if we were asked if we parked outside, considering the hotel had no parking spaces underground. We ended up with no car for two hours and a €125 fine.

Ich war mit einer Freundin für 3 Nächte im Devlin Hotel. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber sauber und es gibt leckeres Frühstück a la carte. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb aber man kann im Spar in der Nähe eine Karte für die Luas Bahn kaufen. Damit kommt man schnell und unkompliziert ins Zentrum. (7 min. Fussmarsch bis zur Station und dann nochmals ca. 7 min. Fahrt) Taxis sind aber auch nicht teuer, ca. 10 EUR für die Fahrt vom Zentrum zum Hotel. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit viel Herzlichkeit!
