絲帕公寓酒店(Sipa Apartments)

Apar**ent B (Comfort Two Bedroom Apar**ent with Balcony and Sea View). Views were excellent. One sunny balcony for main bedroom and living space looking over Lokrum and Old City. One larger more private shaded balcony off twin bedroom looking over Lokrum. Rooms were comfortable and of a good size. Bottle of wine left in room. Large fridge, with small freezer compar**ent. Enough kitchen ware for light meals. Kettle, microwave, oven and 2 electric plates. Pump soap, bar soap and washing up liquid all there. Good toilet paper. Quiet area. 15 minute gentle walk uphill from Old City- don't do the steps there were 150 up! Plenty of taxis- 15e up from town. Small supermarket 5 minutes walk. Managers/owners available on site. External soundproofing excellent. Transfer from and to airport through Directbooker (the agents) were efficient and cost effective. Very poor soundproofing from apar**ent above us. Really noisy couple shouting till midnight and starting again at 05.30. Water downpipe noise as above. My ear plugs weren't adequate, but yours might be. With quieter people above us, score would have been higher. Note 20 steps down to apar**ent, but Dubrovnik isn't a place to visit with any kind of mobility problem or fitness issues as there are steps everywhere. Photos are view from balconies

I stayed at Sipa Apar**ents in Apar**ent E for 7 nights in September 2023, and I had such an amazing time! When I arrived I was greeted by both the owner and her son, as well as a bottle of local Chardonnay and a variety of snacks which I found very welcoming and made me feel at home straight away. In terms of facilities, the apar**ent offered everything that you would need, and supplied me with more than enough towels to last me for the week! My favourite part of the apar**ent was undoubtedly the balcony area which featured probably the best view of Dubrovnik Old Town and Lokrum Island, waking up to that view and closing the day with that view never grew old and I find myself thinking about it often now. Part way through the week, the owner gave me some freshly picked fruit which were delicious and I found that very thoughtful, likewise when I left the apar**ent on my last day, she gave me a box of local chocolates to take home for my family to try. The apar**ent is a nice walk away from both the Old Town and Banje Beach, spacing itself perfectly away to avoid too much traffic whilst also providing closeness to all the attractions. I honestly can't say enough about Sipa Apar**ents, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and there wasn't anything that wasn't thought about by the hosts to make me feel welcome. I will definitely return!

The owner was also very kind and polite. I had a very enjoyable and comfortable time. This is one of the accommodations I highly recommend.

Great sea view and can see the old town Dubrovnik, and walking distance to the old town.

Special place. Basic but comfortable and lovely view. Wonderful, generous host who went out of their way to help us with early check in and late check out. Gave as a lovely pot of hot coffee on arrival. Highly recommend.

We could not of asked for better hosts, very much wanting to please. Apar**ent very clean, towels and bedding changed often. We were in ground floor apar**ent which restricted views but very private. You need to be fit to stay here due to lots of steps to street level but you also need to be very fit to stay in dubrovnik due to the steepness of the old town. We walked down and got taxi back. Wonderful holiday would certainly come back
