We called and booked a room a week out and asked if we could bring our 3 poodles. We were told their policy typically only allowed 2 dogs, but they were willing to make an exception (per the manager) and they booked the room for us. The day before we were scheduled to arrive, they called and cancelled our reservation. We never asked them to make an exception, they offered. If you don't want to make exceptions to your policy, that is completely your right, but then don't book a room for a customer and pull the rug out from under them at the last second. So the day before we're scheduled to make an 18 hour drive across country, they left us out on a limb. I can't understand how anyone in the hospitality industry could even have a job with that kind of ”customer service”. The worst experience we've ever had. Warning to anyone traveling, they may just cancel your reservation at the last minute and leave you scrambling to make other plans.
