Dla każdego coś dobrego. Jadąc na odpoczynek (wakacje) oczekujemy : miłej obsługi, dobrych warunków pobytowych, dobrego jedzenia i warunków do wypoczynku. Wszystko to mieliśmy. Na uwagę zasługuje rewelacyjne jedzenie w formie bufetu. Dla osób na diecie "Dąbrowskiej" - osobny stół. Dla dzieci dania na osobnym stole. Osobny stół z daniami bezmięsnymi. Zupy wyśmienite. Nie wspomnę o owocach i słodkościach. Pokoje spełniające oczekiwania do ceny. Doskonałe miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi - dobrze wyposażony plac zabaw plus pokój zabaw dla dzieci w budynku głównym z animatorem. W hotelu przebywało około 200 osób ale cisza i spokój sprawiały wrażenie, że w hotelu jesteśmy sami dopiero na śniadaniu (od 8.00-10.30) około 9.00 widać ilu jest gości w hotelu. Polecam ten hotel z pełną odpowiedzialnością. Cała nasza rodzina zdecydowała, że w przyszłym roku znów pojedziemy do "NEPTUNO"

Wir waren sehr zufrieden insgesamt! Besonders hervorragend waren das Buffet, welches sehr liebevoll hergerichtet war, sowie das äußerst schöne SPA und das freundliche Personal. Die Cocktails sind sehr lecker gewesen und die Betten und Kissen auch im günstigen Zimmer äußerst bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr gut und sehr nahe am Strand gelegen (aus dem Zimmer durch den Garten über die Düne insgesamt ca 70 Meter Fußweg). Die familienfreundlichkeit möchte ich hier auch positiv erwähnen (es gibt zb. auch Kindergeschirr). Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Zimmer waren sehr einfach. Im SPA hatten Gäste um Whirlpool Se… Sauna war nicht sauber. Abendessen primitives BBQ teilweise zum selber grillen. Sehr laute Musik von 18-22 Uhr.

Die Strandnähe und das Zimmer sind die einzigen Pluspunkte in diesem Hotel. Das Essen ist nicht schmackhaft und anregend. Man fühlt sich als Gast aus Berlin nicht willkommen und auf sich allein gestellt, da man vom Personal nicht verstanden wird. Es gibt gibt keine Begrüßungen und keine Kommunikation mit dem Personal. Man muss alles erfragen, kein Service. Für uns kommt dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Frage. Melanie und Mario

Very tasty diet. Good hotel. Own exit to the beach next to the sea. Kind Service. Clean. A lot of interesting gym exercises. Clean spa. Very interesting library. I liked lobby armchairs to sit and read. It would be an absolutely perfect place having also a swimming pool, but there are two available 5 minutes walk from hotel, one cheap and one expensive so it is easy to add swimmming to activities, if swimming is essential for your life.

Amazing hotel with super delicious food, 5 star service and a variety of attractions for kids and adults. Definately family friendly place. We stayed during Halloween and had a lot of fun thanks to specially prepared Halloween attractions and super delicious Halloween dishes in the buffet. Highly recommended. Surely we will come again soon.

Very good hotel, perfect value for money. It is worth visiting, I especially recommend Ewa Dąbrowska's diet. Safe parking and very nice service. And the food? Revelation. There is a spa, massages, two saunas and a jacuzzi. Only 200 meters to the beach. I recommend!

The entire facility is very modern, good conference and social facilities. Very good food and great service. Spa, gym, playroom for children - available in a package with a room. This is our fourth stay at this resort, another very successful one.

Great hotel, real wellness, great food. Very nice attractions for children and adults (3 playrooms, yoga classes, healthy spine, various diets, wonderful spa treatments). And the most important - close to the sea!

A great hotel with friendly service and smiling owners who take care of every detail. You will feel like part of the family and you will want to come back. The premium rooms are lovely and the whole lobby is tastefully decorated and invites you to relax. The food is good quality, feels like home made - very tasty. Lots of attractions for kids. Animals friendly. Perfect!! We will definitely come back :)

Świetne miejsce na rodzinne spędzanie Wielkanocy. Jedzenie pyszne, piękna okolica, super dojście do plaży. Hotel zapewniał dużo atrakcji zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Są dwie sale zabaw oraz siłownia. Można również wypożyczyć rowery. Ładne, czyste pokoje, wyremontowane. Przyjemna przestrzeń wspólna do siedzenia.

Pierwszy raz spotkałem sie z pobieraniem zastawu w kwocie 300pln Na moje pytanie dlaczego tak jest pani powiedziała ,że ginęły ręczniki ,papcie jednorazowe itd.Muszę powiedzieć ,ze poczułem sie średnio.W dodatku kosmiczna cena za parking dla gości(40pln doba)
