埃德蒙頓市中心萬豪萬怡酒店(Courtyard Edmonton Downtown)

I enjoyed my breakfast with a nice view of the North Saskatchewan River. The staff was friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and check-out. I would return and stay at this hotel.

Its alright

Very disappointed from our last stay here, had to change the stained dirty sheets upon arrival. Floor wasn’t vacuumed as well. People were allowed to party until 3-4am despite our multiple calls to front desk, in the morning we were told sorry but it was a wedding party?! Usually the Marriot puts up a better effort.

Elevators weren’t working, the front desk never picked up their phone when we would call ahead for our car. Parking is an additional $40/night, so expensive. Multiple homeless people living on the property grounds. The hotel seemed empty and yet they wouldn’t give me a late checkout. Ordered skip the dishes and they wouldn’t let the driver come up to the room despite calling me and asking. The key stopped working repeatedly which sucks where the elevators are down. Would not recommend staying here!

On a front desk, they say price for a parking lot a 14$/per a night, after check out I have a bill on 40$ for parking. Looks like scumming. I couple times doublecheck price for parking and all times hear price for a 14 per a night. Room be a dirty. Old hair on a floors, old leaks in toilet. Our room be first from elevator exit, and all night we hear people who leave from elevator. Horrible expierence, never stay here again!

The room was filthy, dirt in every corner, bathroom had hair and dirt in every corner. Air conditioning was broken, maintenance staff had already gone home just after check in. Overall it did not have the feel of a typical Marriot Experience
