We booked this property last minute on NYE after the original reservation we had booked months ago did not work out due to a last-minute maintenance issue. Upon arrival, we were told that they had no rooms despite us having an active reservation. Initially, they were very accommodating and trying to figure out how they could accommodate us in a room. They were apologetic and told us that they would compensate the parking and give us an extra room discount due to not having what we booked. We were late for our dinner reservation so they stored our luggage while we went to our reservation. Upon returning, they let us know that they found us a room and everything seemed fine. The rooms are a bit dated but overall clean. There is no scheduled housekeeping, so we had to call for clean towels a few times. Upon check out, our receipt indicated the full price as well as parking. I politely notified the front desk that we were supposed to have complementary parking due to the issue on arrival, and she reported that it was noted by the manager in our account that she was not to give us comped parking so apparently he just said that on check-in but had no intention of following through. It was $60 for 3 nights so not a huge cost; however, dishonesty is a huge turn off. I absolutely would not book this hotel again.
