Las instalaciones son bonitas y cómodas, pero creo que se ha estancado y el precio sigue alto, sería bueno que se actualizaran en espacio y comodidad y no solo en costo

la molestia es que el baño tenia fuga de agua en el techo, y fue muy molesto escuchar la gotera en toda la noche, se le aviso a la persona de recepcion y se le enseño la foto donde estaba el falso plafon desprendiendo y la respuesta fue gracias por avisar Yo creo que lo minimo era una disculpa y algun tipo de cortesia

Todo estuvo muy bien , la señorita que nos dio nuestra llave , el cuarto limpio y cómodo sin ruido. Lo único malo es que el desayuno ya está muy deficiente en comparación con otros viajes anteriores

I always liked this hotel, the rooms, the breakfast, the pillows, etc., however, this time was different. The breakfast was overcooked the two days I stayed here, just like if they were cooking again and again the same eggs and sausage from days before. Pillows were very work and looked old.

My wife and I have stayed here 3-4 times and each time i feel the quality and service decreases . This last time the breakfast service was not good at all. The eggs was completely burnt and sausage was very very dry. Usually there are different selections of breakfast each day but the 8 nights we was there breakfast we almost the same each day with bad quality. We are considering staying at another property of next visit in May when we return. .

Standard Homewood Suites. Nice lobby with semi-comfortable furniture. Desk clerk was hard to understand with soft, rapid, accented voice. She did not acknowledge diamond status or offer water. Room was large witn couch, and kitchenette. Mattress was bit soft but comfortable. Noise level was low. Fitness room was smallish , but it had all needed equipment. I wish they would ditch the Peloton bikes. Breakfast was good. Attendants were great. In Wednesday from 5-7, they have complimentary soup and salad. Internet speed was around 25 Mbps.

The staff at Homewood was considerate and contributed to a pleasant stay. Yoli was especially kind and thoughtful, and she did a great job preparing the complimentary breakfast and greeting the guests. Thanks for a great stay.

I town for the day too tired to leave we found this hotel it was very nice and the receptionist treated us really well. Breakfast being included and hot saved us about an hour on our trip. The in room kitchen was well stocked. Handicap shower with two shower heads was great.
