安眠酒店-瑞吉娜東(Sleep Inn Regina East)

Air conditioning ran all night very noisy. We moved a chair only to find a large filthy plastic lid under the chair, clearly the place was not cleaned very good before we checked in. I called to complain about the rattling noisy air conditioning and the filthy plastic, I was told there was no other room. I would just need to put up with it.

Unfortunately, the stay here was not good value for money. The carpets and refrigerators were dirty (white marks on carpets, old leftovers remained in the fridge). The bathroom cleanliness was also an issue, with hair in the shower and marks on the toilet. Further, there seemed to be several adolescent hockey teams staying at the same time, and kids were in the hallway throwing a ball around constantly - over 2 days it was a real issue. In the afternoon, evening, and one night until 11pm. That said, the location is nice and the fact that there's a *****tore, Tims, a grocery store, and other amenities nearby was appreciated. The staff was also very kind.

Not well kept. Pool heater wasn’t working, parking lot was extremely icy. Breakfast room was cold. Breakfast was really bare bones.

Pool freezing cause boiler broke down and no hot tub 2 years in a row. Won't be going back

The sheets were piled

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpet was ripped. The bathtub was plugged and did not drain water Called down to front desk to fix it… never happened. The pool was nice the first day and the hot tub was broken. The second day the pool was as cold as ice. Overall the location is great with lots of access to food confectionary and grocery.

Rooms were very clean and beds were nice. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were wonderful when my husband had to go to the hospital. They gave us a later check out to accomodate our family.

impossible to get any sleep, people running around the halls all night and partying. only nice thing was amenities close by and the pool was mostly empty and had to ourselves because the hotel was filled with people partying and not families.
