又接送機服務，還不錯，但是電梯不太靈

The hotel is in great condition. It is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the features of the room. Creative storage, space to spread out, comfortable places to sit. The staff was also very responsive and helpful.

Hotel was clean and quiet and right off the interstate. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was coffee was the Keurig type and no real breakfast either. (Not free)

The property is conveniently located near the airport but not too many restaurant options nearby

The last hotel experience my husband and I had was at a holiday inn and it was horrible. This stay was 100000% better. The staff was so polite and helpful. The place was clean and not crowded. I was almost sad we only stayed for a single night.

Our stay was great. No complaints. We locked our keys in our room and the lady at the front desk didn’t hesitate to give us another key so we could get back in. Mindy who works at the bar she is AMAZING!!! She made our stay amazing with her friendliness and quick service on drinks, coffee and food!!

Great place to stay before catching a flight

The manager at the front desk, a gentleman, was amazing when we were there Friday night, June 30. But when we got up to the room, it was after midnight and the room was over $500 (so that Marriott could fleece Taylor Swift fans), and as we always check for bedbugs, we just saw little black hairs all over the bedding. It was so gross. But after midnight and $500, we brushed them off and passed out exhausted. I’m rethinking my ‘automatically choose Marriott’ mentality.

Computer was not working had to get the desk attendant to let us in our room Over all it was a nice stay and we would use the hotel again on our next visit to Cincinnati. Thank you

Water wasn’t very hot in the evening. The next morning it was even worse. AC not controlled by switch on wall — very confusing. Finally asked front desk & they told me it was controlled at the unit. You need a printed sign. Airport shuttle was very convenient & easy. All staff very courteous & helpful.

Fantastic hotel, extremely fast and friendly check-in, the room was perfectly clean, comfortable and quiet and very new. We were very happy with our stay.
