We where to Crater Lake

I was satisfied. Located along the road, but not much noisy. Food was ok, too.

Whew, so many things. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The ceiling had several watermarks like the room above had flooded at some point. The a/c made terrible sounds like it wanted to catch fire and smelled like something was burning. The bed was uncomfortable. I was glad it was only for one night. The hotel owner desperately needs to update and fix this place up. The best thing about it was the friendly staff.

This was our second stay and it was worse than the first. I don't like to give bad reviews, but it was kinda earned here. The first stay room was next to the busy street and had a loud a/c/heat unit. Bed was super soft. The second stay room was more of a closet. No couch as described in the "Deluxe Room" description and so small you had to move the TV to get into the small bathroom. The toilet cycled every ten minutes all night and the a/c unit was even louder than the first. Got zero sleep during either stay. Only place available near campus for the football game. And their surge pricing for next year's football season is going to be over $400 per night according to a staff member. Stuck there again next week. Curious to see what we get after this review. Couldn't be much worse, however.

One of the worst places you could stay in Eugene, Oregon! The room that we rented online look nothing like the room we were put in it was maybe 90 ft.² and that’s over exaggerating! The beds were dirty and did not smell clean. Definitely would not book a room here decided to move hotels in the middle of our work trip because it was so bad.

clean bedsheets and friendly staff. However, the unpleasant nicotine like odour in the room welcomed us upon entering the room. We left the room door open and sprayed our own febreze but the horrible smell was persistent all night making us unpleasant stay. Wondered how we ended up the room that used previously for the smokers in spite of our specific choice of NON Smoking room(?) Since we arrived late night exhausted, did not bother asking to change the room as we were informed that there were only 2 rooms available when we checked in. The bottom of the bed frame was consisted with thin metal that made drum sounds every time accidentally touched by feet in the middle of the night. It was very surprising sounds. Also we had be careful using the washroom due to the broken toilet seat that was reported at the front desk. Other than the terrible odour in the room and accidental metal drum sounds from the bed frame in the middle of the night, the general condition and cleanness of the hotel were good. Breakfast including healthy apples and oranges was also excellent!

This property is exactly what it looks like a motel. However, if you are there to drop your kid off or visit your kid at UO, it works. The beds are comfy, the bathroom is tiny, and it is semi-quiet. It isn't my first choice, but often hotels book quickly and it is good to know this one will do the job for one or two nights.

The room was acceptable.Check in, and out was easy.Location was great but the surrounding noise was horrible.There is no soundproofing what’s so ever.I could hear anything said or done anywhere on the premises.You could feel larger vehicles when they drove by too. Got very little sleep.The rooms were visibly clean.Had the basic needs.Had breakfast snacks in lobby during morning hours.I couldn’t stay there again though.Had someone car alarm going off multiple times.Everything sounded like it was right outside my door. Guests checking in during night hours were heard.EVERYTHING WAS HEARD.Even someone in their room clearing throat.Construction on premises as well.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to Hayward Field and Oregon Ducks stadium so we caught the Prefontaine Classic and a Ducks football game. Very clean. Breakfast was just o.k. but overall, definitely a bargain. I will definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful. We were unable to receive a key for our room due to inability to program keys. The rooms were musty and door handle was dirty and sticky on the inside.

We stayed for one night. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was clean. Actually, this is what you expect after a long trip.

Great property for the price. Nice and helpful staff. Amenities were a bit worn down but everything in working order and clean.

It's an older facility but kept up nicely. Staff is wonderful. Very helpful and my room was spotless.
