If you want a really 5 star services then this is your place. This new hotel is beautifully decorated, with outstanding human attention and a superb quality restaurants makes it the best option in Punta del Este. I strongly recommend it, worth it the value.

Large hotel on the main ocean front in Punto del Este. Probably when built this would have been an amazingly lavish and grand hotel. Still today there is a cavernous lobby area with grand entrance to the hotel. Behind the reception desk area is the ****** - which I did not try - but seemed to attract constant stream of people - but who knows if they left richer or poorer. The rooms are very large but look a little dated and tired now. Large and comfortable bed, adequate storage, A/C etc - all fine. Bathroom also a little tired but perfectly fine. One comment would have to be for breakfast. Buffet style although for many food items you had to be served from a counter which was a little strange and did feel less like usual buffet. Would also need to comment that a family of sparrows had moved into one corner of the breakfast room roof - maybe they could move back out.....?

El hotel es hermoso muy buena relación entre precio y calidad. Se encuentra cerca del puerto donde hay muchos restaurantes y bares. La habitación es pequeña (chic room) pero muy linda y la cama y almohadas muy confortables. La presión de la ducha excelente y brindan secador de cabello. El desayuno buenísimo y hay por la tarde café, té y limonada con algo dulce de cortesía. Igualmente yo destacaría la EXCELENTE atención y predisposición de TODO el personal del hotel, siempre muy amables y atentos. Lo súper recomiendo!!!

Hotel con una excelente ubicación, principalmente, fuera de la alta temporada. Las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero confortables. El desayuno está bien para un hotel de su categoría. Y, lo más importante, la calidez y buena predisposición de todo su personal

On the expensive side during the season but I guess that is Punta del Este. Classy place with nice breakfast (although at this price pt, eggs to order should be available), nice rooms, and excellent indoor pool with two saunas as well as an outdoor pool. Room offered one complimentary bottle of water that was hot; again, at this price point two water bottles in the refrigerator should be offered. Asked front desk how to walk to the ocean beach and was give poor instructions; no excuse for this. I guess few people walk since it is a 5 min drive to the ocean, 6-7 minutes to the river side.
