舒適套房酒店-弗恩利(Comfort Suites Fernley)

Very nice place to stay. Our daughter lives in town and this is the place we stay when we come to visit. Would recommend this hotel. And the lady who handles the continental breakfast does a great job and even remembered us. That doesn't happen very often. That just shows you, how welcoming and customer oriented this hotel is.

Property was clean. Good amount of parking for cars, buses, and trucks. The rooms (two we were in) were basically cleaned on the surface but not deep cleaned (carpets, and bathrooms) in years. The bad parts of this location are the staff. Other than Alesha (the night manager) the staff were rude and disrespectful. I said “Hi, how are doing” when ever I walked by the lobby and barely got a “Hi” a couple times. It seemed like people really don’t want to work there which to me says it’s a problem bad management. We had left our room by about 10am each day and when we came back it had not been cleaned once in the 4 nights we were there. One of the mornings I requested the room to be cleaned and to get new cups but when we came back nothing had been done.

It was fine. Feels safe and we like the distance from city on our trips. The a/c unit was very noisy so our sleep was interrupted many many times. But overall good for price.

Room doors transmit noise, can hear all conservations of people in hallway. Train awfully close, vibrates windows! Everything else great.

Staff gave me a room knowing the TV didn’t work but did not say anything upon check in. I was told when I called to ask about it that “this is one of the rooms we’re having trouble with and to try to reset it.” The hotel was nowhere near capacity so I’m sure there were other rooms available.

Wonderful room, spacious and clean. Only criticism, mediocre breakfast. What happened to real eggs?

The property is kind and see if it’s right off the freeway, which is understandable, but it has a lot of suspicious character

Staff has been great each time i have stayed here. The beds are very comfortable and the place is clean.

The service was great and it was clean. There is a train that you can hear throughout the night.
