索吉奧諾安替卡託裏酒店的評論

1）首先對拖着行李的客人非常不友好，需要把行李箱搬到差不多二樓的高度才會有電梯 2）其次前台工作人員完全不會英語，需要通過google翻譯才能溝通，並向我們傳達了他們平時衹有在客人check-in的時候才在的訊息，平時酒店裡是空無一人的（完全沒有工作人員） 3）我訂房間是含早，但令人驚訝的是這個所謂的早餐竟然是包裝食物，已經放在冰箱裏的飲品，工作人員用google翻譯告訴我們第二天的早餐都在這裏，第二天我們可以自己把房間裏的食物拿到公共空間用餐… 在我意識到這個價格跟酒店描述/服務完全不符合的當下，我提出取消訂單，這個時候工作人員給他們的或許是主管的女士打了電話，對方態度強硬，意思是我提出的這些點我在預訂的時候就應該是知道的，並拒絕為我取消訂單。

因為腿疼，想退房。老闆答應幫忙提行李，就沒有退。結果到地方，被告知沒有幫忙提行李的服務。電梯在這個長階梯的上面的還要上樓梯的拐角，費很大力氣搞上去了。房間還可以，古董傢俱。沒有被子，是起球的毛毯，不隔音。浴巾有味道。下次還是選酒店了。本來説好退房那天下午可以寄存行李，退房時直接拒絕，説不行了。簡直逆天。現在明白他們祖上的榮光如何敗的，直接淪為賣麪條的。

Con una amica abbiamo soggiornato dal 14 al 17 Posizione ottima da lì a piedi si raggiungono tutti i punti d ' interesse. L' affaccio su Piazza della Signoria è unico. Simona che ci ha accolte simpaticissima, disponibile. Consigliatissimo Cinzia

This apartment is a “true find”! It is impeccably clean. It has an updated bathroom. There is excellent communication with the owners and staff and they are friendly. You will have everything you need here. The owner has taken care to address the small things which make a stay nice (maps, decor, in-room fridge, snacks and drinks in the room, etc). There is a nice reception area/dining area with microwave, coffee maker, stove, dining table, dishes and utensils, etc. very close to the rooms. Rooms are a nice size. Finally, you cannot beat the location! Right near the Uffizi museum and Duomo and good shopping and restaurants. So glad we found this!

Il soggiorno antica torre affaccia su piazza della Signoria in pieno centro, infatti è a 5/10 minuti a piedi da tutti i luoghi più caratteristici e importanti di Firenze. Le camere sono ben curate e c’è molto pulito. La colazione è buona, ci si serve con quello che si ha nel proprio mini bar che contiene succhi, latte, acqua ecc., e vicino vi sono biscotti, caffè, piccole marmellate e altro. Lo Staff è molto gentile, competente ed è sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa! Grazie Pamela e Simona, ci rivedremo sicuramente !!

They don’t let you control the AC. You have to contact them every evening to turn on the air. It is noisy in am with others having breakfast and talking loud. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. They say twin beds but they are together and not comfortable.

Au cœur de Florence, ce logement permet de tout visiter à pied. L'accueil est chaleureux et la chambre très agréable. Une cuisine collective est disponible et le petit déjeuner compris est à disposition dans la chambre. Frigo avec bar. Seuls petits bémols, la chambre est prévue pour 5 personnes avec un lit double, un lit simple et un lit de 120 qui est trop petit pour deux enfants de 10 et 13 ans. La chambre donnant sur la place, il y a du bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin mais cela peut aussi avoir son charme.

The hotel is located near Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio with many restaurants around. The entry to the hotel is difficult because one has to climb a steep staircase of 30 steps before getting to the elevator. Not easy with heavy bags. Room is clean and services are basic. Breakfast items are kept in the room to be consumed anytime - limited choice

The windows had to be open b/c no air conditioning but our room backed up to the back of a couple of restaurants so early am bottles were being slammed around recycle bins, trash being taken out and loud projects being worked on. We also left with bug bites from head to toe- still not sure if they are bedbugs or not. The staff was very nice and the room spacious. It was also very difficult to find and could have used more information to locate. It's located in the heart of food and shopping.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Con una situación inmejorable y un servicio más que correcto. Eso sí, es un bed & breakfast! No confundir con un hotel. Habitaciones amplias y con todo lo necesario. El acceso se realiza por una larga escalera, al final hay ascensor que te llevará al piso donde se encuentran las seis habitaciones de las que dispone. Mejor solicitar una habitación hacia la parte trasera para evitar molestias de la concurrida plaza de la Signoria.

Worst problem, it is not even a B&B, but it claims to be a hotel.

Location was the best ever. The woman at check in couldnt speak a word of English which made everything very difficult. Surely if this venue caters for English speakers, they should have staff who can talk the lingo. Rude as well
