Great location, great stay. The owner was very curteous and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our time here. Only note would be the mattress was a little firm for my liking, but was able to sleep fine.

An excellent property in the middle of Florence, within short walking distance to the main square and most attractions. As a solo traveller the room was great, more than fit for purpose as a base. Would definitely stay again. A huge thank you to Grazia for her communications and help over my stay.

Our stay at Adelaide House was a great way to experience Florence. If you are a very picky traveler who wants the fastest Wi-Fi, perfect shower temperature, easy walk to get in, you may have complaints. For us - a young couple staying in Florence for the first time - this lodging was perfect. The location cannot be beat, the host was very friendly, and it was a comfortable stay. Note, it is about 3-4 flights of stairs to get to the lodging. However the location and overall experience and value were really very good.

It is a quiet accommodation right near Il Duomo, and this was great. Room was spacious and clean. The “B and B” moniker is not quite accurate; Adelaide House doesn’t feature breakfast. Also, travelers benefit from being fit when staying here; it is necessary to climb three flights with luggage to enter. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Mis 2 estrellas van por la muy buena ubicación a 20m de la catedral Santa María de Fiori, el hotel tiene muchas falencias, desde la incomodidad de subir al 2° piso (que con los tramos parecen 4) hasta la mala calidad del wifi, que no funcionaba, y me decían que sí, yo tuve que desconectar el módem y recién ahí empezó a funcionar mejor, y el secador de pelo por ejemplo funcionaba 30 segundos y no funcionaba más hasta que se enfriaba, no estuve cómoda, hacía frío y no prendieron en absoluto la Calefacción

Very clean and perfect location in Florence. The lock system makes you feel very safe. We we’re well taken care of, the rooms were cleaned daily.

Safe, modern, and clean room. Curtains do let light in and doors and walls allow any noise nearby to heard. Not a problem to sleep though. Great stay!

The host was helpful and courteous - great location steps from the Duomo. A note that you are almost too close to the city center - if you want cheaper prices/more authentic food - be prepared to walk a bit. The room had a bit of street noise (again - location), but not bad! The room was spotless, spacious, nice bed/bath and other amenities.
