i arrived at 9p.m . with an ******* Reservation afterdriving for 2hours to be told there are no rooms available and staff would only tell me i had to call ******* and rejected my request for a conference call with *******. piss pour reception and even lesser service from staff behind front desk. I am in no hurry to return. Yes i did resolve my accomdation issue no thanks to Stoney Creek's staff. if this an example of service level my experience not consistent with property reviews.

The property is not well kept. The hallways were dirty with food smashed in the carpet. The room keys do not work leading to many trips to the front desk. The front desk staff was very unprofessional! The hot tub does not work and they do not state that anywhere when booking not even their own website. Spend your money elsewhere or you will be disappointed.

Really enjoyed the pool but was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. The guy working the bar was funny, nice, quick to help and to answer questions about different wines they had. Overall great experience but would've been perfect if the hot tub was working.

The bed was very comfortable and I loved the rustic. The shower was very nice and very nice decor with the stone floor and nice choice of the wall tile. The fixtures on the whirlpool were very loose and the jets need to be stronger but overall very relaxing.
The checkout time is too early..11am. It shouldn’t be before noon especiallly for the whirlpool room!

Tv channels are slim to none and the beds were uncomfortable lights:lamps out
Outdated looks like it could use a remodel or facelift but other than that I enjoyed my stay I loved staff very friendly and helpful!!! I will stay again that’s for sure lived my private balcony ❤️
