Hôtel agreable pour une étape. Tres bon accueil et tres bien organisé. Un hôtel tres bien tenu et tres propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

La propreté la compétence du personnel et leur attention

Be advised that customer service front desk was rude, also when trying to contact them several times they would not answer phone at all and would rederect to operator and would never answer , bed sheets had a few blood stains that was discusting , noise on upper level they was drilling or renovating up stairs and you can hear all the renovation, over all was a horrible experience at this location

The only concern was the shower. Took a shower and didn't need the accommodations for the handicap showers. Water went all over the floor. Got the towel mat wet making it more dangerous. The shower head should be mounted on front wall with a extended shower head like you have. But all in all it was a great stay.

The first room I was given had an issue with the faucet in the tub. Once it came on, it would not go off. It was inconvenient; however the staff gave me a different room. We LOVED your heated pool, very nice!

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff extremely nice and helpful. We will return.

Room were clean and well kept.Staff were very Nice.I will be using this hotel again when I travel.

The mattress are not comfortable. After all day driving from another State we will like to rest in a comfortable bed. Both beds were too hard.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good. Mattress was a little hard but overall I enjoyed my stay
