Støj fra kl. 18-23 4 nætter i streg uden der blev gjort noget ved det, ikke ordenligt rent. Boede der i 9 dage uden rengørring rene håndklæder eller lign. Svært at finde første gang. Ikke på nogen måde tilfreds.

We liked the location. We had our bikes and a short ride to all the beaches. Reservations staff was super nice and responsive. The property was clean but it is older and showing some wear and tear. We had a ground floor unit and it would've been better if the units above were carpeted, or had felt pads on all the chair legs because they make a lot of noise when moving around up above us. All in all a decent value and we used the kitchen for a lot of meals which saved money. I would come here again.

The unit given was nothing lik pics, very dated, old, musty scent, that of a typical 50-60 yr old facility, obviously no amenities, no soap, shampoo as most properties would have so had to run out and buy ( they dropped off on third day) property was very noisy in surroundings. Couches, bed very basic, bathroom was very tiny and needed major work. I would unfortunately not recommend as a few hotels on AIA are better (without full kitchen) but plenty of amenities, 24 hr staff/sec housekeeping, maid, etc. For near same cost. System does not allow to add pics as I have taken and I can assure you not nice, even socket in bathroom damaged and most likely unsafe.

Terrible humidity smell. Using the word HOTEL, is misleading. This is a private studio for rent. OK for a short stay, not for a 10 days like mine!! If you are used to CERO luxury is ok to stay.

They should give to me more information about the laundry; I did not know I have it. No hangers on the closet. Shampoo and conditioner were hide. The bed and pillows were not comfortable.

Great stay. Very quiet, looked like pics, spacious rooms, efficient and economical plus a great location to practically everything in town.

The space was nice for the price. Overall it was worth the price of admission. Had some kids staying above me so heard them bouncing around whenever they were playing. Had a bit of a bug ans roach issue. Saw one or two everyday of a 2 week stay. Occasional lizard. The internet was weak. Didn't work on some of my devices. But props to the property for sending a guy to help resolve the internet issues right away (unsuccessfully) but at least he tried. Wasnt offered clean towels for the length of stay. We had to clean the floor and bathroom properly on the first stay to kill the scent. The bathroom had a mildew scent. AC vent couldn't move so it took a while for room to cool off. An extra layer of security could be added to the door.

The pictures were completely different from the actual property. It smells terrible (had to buy air fresheners) The couch was dirty and stained. Only one roll of toilet paper for family of 4 for 1 week stay. (Had to buy more). The artificial plants were filled with thick layer of dust. There arw small reaches in the kitchen. The fridge is rusty The bathroom is so small and narrow 2 persons cannot fit at the same time. The bath soap is just watered down liquid soap (buy your own) The place is just a dump.

Picked area for closeness to beach and resources we needed. Visit with family nearby. Apt was upstairs without elevator. Hard to get heavy luggage upstairs. Car was outside in rather rough area on backstreet. Bathroom rather small. TV remote was complex and one remote had no working battery. Inside was nice enough but somewhat dated. A/C worked well. Kitchen good. Ok for beach location. Customer service responsive. Outside area cleaning needs more regular attention.
