還不錯，有熱水。在美國酒店大堂有熱水的酒店真不容易。 整體還可以吧，算是比較乾淨，位置也比較方便。 床也沒有那麼軟

幾位朋友一起訂的這家勞德代爾堡_塞普里斯克裏克歡朋酒店，入住體驗還可以，大家都是比較滿意的，價格美麗。

酒店的衞生真的很糟糕，毛巾上有毛髮，床單很臟，打開枕頭套，全是發黃的印記，房間在電梯口，很吵鬧，整晚沒有休息好，不推薦入住

信用卡會亂扣費，大家一定要注意！

為了釣魚所選的飯店，離海不太遠。

我們的住宿很順利。水很熱，冷氣很冷。我發現房間有點小。如果您需要大量空間，這個位置可能不適合您。由於我們進進出出，一切順利。

Good place to stay

Great location, great breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly.

Muy poca limpieza, encontramos una uña en la cama, ningún día hicieron la limpieza, no teníamos shampoo, las camas no son cómodas, también tenían un fierro atravesado con el que me lastime, el desayuno termina muy temprano y no es muy bueno. El Inodoro no funcionaba bien. Nos cobraron el estacionamiento durante toda nuestra estancia y nos pidieron un depósito a pesar de que ya habíamos pagado la totalidad del hotel. No lo recomiendo.

******* failed to send our reservations to the hotel so we couldn't check-in. The desk clerk told us to call ******* but it took 30mins to find a phone#for customer service (had to google it) and another 30 mins to fix the problem. Desk clerk was helpful after she received the reservation but couldn't do anything until they did. After a day of dealing with airports and car rentals, this was too much. Did i mention it Christmas?

The staff was very nice I must say. Good breakfast was served. However, my bathroom and room wasn’t cleaned daily. Towels and wash cloths weren’t given daily. When I left and came back to my room that evening my room hadn’t been cleaned and didn’t have any clean towels and wash cloths. I had to request some. Trash wasn’t emptied daily and only one trash can in the entire room. There wasn’t one in the bathroom. The toilet was leaking water from the flush handle. This hotel needs a manager who knows every aspect of hotel operation to make it a better place to accommodate and please it’s customers during their stay. We paid $123 a night. Our stay could have been better. Hotels need to stop charging for a full day, because you can’t check in until 3:00 pm then have to check out at 11:00 am the next day. That is not a full day!

Very friendly staff, busy roads to travel if walking to grab snacks and such from the store. Clean, very minimal breakfast but we’re appreciative that it was complimentary. Would stay here again. Has an all night club directly across the street with karaoke, live band. We’ll visit it next time.
